  1. I run 3-4 days per week and needed a boost in excitement. I’ve used my iPhone for music and GPS tracking…works well but it’s bulky. So I did a search for Spotify players (didn’t know such a thing existed!) and found the MIghty. I was hesitant about the 3.x rating but figured I could simply return if it proved to be junk. Well, I’m happy to report back that my first run (with Bluetooth earbuds) went well…I will say that it’s a little tricky working with THREE apps on my phone to get everything working…Spotify, the Mighty app and then the app for my earbuds (Jaybird Vista). Add on top of that the bluetooth pairing of the earbuds back and forth – it was interesting. But it certainly works and works well…this is something I’ll be using a lot of.Update 6/10/20I’m looking for a replacement… Occasionally, as I’m headed out the door for a run I’ll get a message tell me to reconnect with my phone/Spotify – to log on and refresh. That whole process can take 15+ minutes…just as I’m headed out for a run. It’s inconvenient! The number of songs I’m able to store is about 100…I don’t know why…maybe it’s because I do the highest setting in Spotify? I don’t know… The music sounds awesome BUT, I need more storage! I would GLADLY pay for more or an updated Mighty BUT that doesn’t exist…Synch time to do new play lists takes FOREVER! This was acceptable in the 90’s, but not today…I do love how portable this guy is and how easily it clips on to my running shorts…but I need more storage AND I hate the inconvenience of having to reconnect with Spotify every 2 weeks or so.Update 6/12/20Order placed for HIDIZS AP80 PRO…arriving today…Update 7/5/2020AP80 very nice/cool, BUT – just too heavy and slightly too big for running – returned AP80…Purchased Garmin Fenix 6 watch with 32GB of storage. Much easier to get things going… It’s a little more of a hassle to switch between playlists, forward to next song, volume, etc. And, it doesn’t sound quite as good as the Vibe. And, it was A LOT more money! I’m actually going to return the Garmin and stick with the Mighty…I will continue to use the Mighty… It’s light and very quick/easy to use while running. Yeah, it takes A LOT of patience but for now, it does serve it’s purpose. I can hope that they Mighty is working on a future version. I would LOVE to see more storage. I wouldn’t mind a slightly larger unit if that could incorporate a touch screen… I’d gladly pay for a more premium product…Update 10/12/22STILL using my Mighty. I couldn’t live without it. All the one star reviews are from folks who may not understand the concept of having to control the Mighty AND a wireless headset from their phone. It’s weird at first but a lot more devices coming out are like this. YES, you must sync up at least one playlist every 30 days for licensing reasons with Spotify. But my Mighty has seen sweat, rain and accidental dropping with no issues. I just wish that they’d make one with 16GB’s or more.

  2. After fighting for a couple of years with the music feature of my Garmin 654m and AfterShokz headphones, I considered replacing the watch with the latest Garmin music model. But the tracking features that I use on the watch (running, biking, kayaking) work very well. The problem was that the connection between the watch and my headphones would drop, usually during a run. The only way to reestablish the link was to power down both devices, which during a run is annoying at best.I wanted a device that would sync my Spotify Premium account, as that is what I use for my playlists. I was pleased to find the Mighty Vibe that has such a feature. And at less than $100, much less expensive than replacing the whole watch.I received the unit, charged it, loaded the app on my (Android) mobile phone and connected easily. I synced several playlists to the unit after linking it to my Spotify account. The only issue I encountered was a bit of trouble getting the headphones to connect. I think this is more of an issue with the AfterShokz BT implementation though, as I had issues on other devices with these. Resetting the headphones, and being patient, allowed them to connect.Battery life is okay for the unit. I have taken it on two outings, playing around 60-90 minutes of music, and it shows 40% battery left at the end. I normally will not run longer than 60-90 minutes at a time, so for me this is sufficient. If you run for longer distances, this unit may not last your entire run.Sound is great, interface is easy to use, even clipped to my pocket. You can do all the things that are needed to skip or replay songs, change playlists, up/down the volume, etc.The unit is supposed to be rain and sweat resistant, but one feature that would have been nice to include would be a cover for the charging port to keep out any extra moisture. I have burned through many “sweat-proof” devices, so keeping as much liquid out of it as possible is my goal. I will find some plug to put in there probably. The app is good, not a lot of options needed. I don’t see a way to rearrange your playlists without deleting them and adding them back in the order you want. You also cannot sync individual songs from a playlist, not a big deal for me. It does support all of your playlist items including the “Made for You” lists, plus podcasts, etc. You can resync all or a select number of playlists if needed. Sometimes the number of synced songs is not the same as the total number in your playlist. It is explained that Spotify sometimes restricts songs from being externally synced. So far, I am sold on this unit. I hope it holds up during the summer months. I bought the inexpensive extended replacement warranty just in case if it doesn’t.

  7. Most of the reviews concur that the most common individual who purchases “the Mighty” are those who were prompted to do so on account of their IPOD shuffle finally dying after over a decade of reliable service. I was one of these people in this category. However, the Mighty is a poor substitute, and comes short in many areas.1) Unlike the iPod Shuffle, which has an extremely strong clip that secures the devise, the Mighty has a very weak clip that does not keep the device on your articles of clothing. If I try to run over 8 mph the device flys off me. This means I gotta run very slow for this thing to stay on.2) The volume quality if very weak. The iPod shuffle, which is over 10 years older than the Mighty blasted a volume level that was so loud that it would make my workouts more motivating and more intense. The Mighty does not even provide a volume that could compare to 1990s Walkmans. Workouts tend to be less intense.3) When you press the ON button it takes about 1 minute to start playing music.4) The iPod shuffle allowed you to put anything on the device. I studied for my psychologist licensure exam by putting the study guide lectures on my iPod shuffle. However, the Mighty only allows you to get stuff of Spotify.5) The Mighty broke literally 2 days after the warranty was up. However, over the course of the next few months it would mysteriously come back to life once every couple of days, but to only die again for a couple weeks.6) Unlike the iPod shuffle which is made of a metallic material, the Mighty is made of a similar substance as a Lego.I do not recommend purchasing this item.

  8. Ele funciona muito bem. O único porém é que mensalmente o player fica bloqueado até que você dê um refresh nele e deixe ambos sincronizados (para confirmar a manutenção da assinatura do Spotify). No mais, maravilhoso.

  9. The stand is a no brainer as it allows the screen to be easily seen especially in the dark.

  10. facil de usar, buen tamaño, llego perfecto

  11. Very Happy with this product. Will recommend. Thank You

  12. I have 3 other Alexa Echo’s and have had several revisions since Alexa first came out along with many different connected devices. This is the first Echo Show for me. I really like it! There are some really good features that the others devices I have do not have, so that’s nice. There are a few features I wish it did have that my Echo Plus has. The one major feature that is missing is the ability to check and show the current temperature in the room. Overall, I’m happy I got it. The camera feature is nice but very poor guality. The sound is pretty good for what it is. Connecting devices was pretty straightforward and worked just fine. I do wish the cord was a little longer. The screen is small so I wanted to keep it on a shelf that’s eye level but the wall plugs are too low for the length of cord. The Blink indoor camera is as expected. I already had a few indoor and outdoor cameras so no surprises.

  13. I’m not the most tech savvy, so haven’t set up a ton of the features an Echo could have and don’t use it for much, but it’s still becoming a very helpful assistant around the house. It understands voice very well, and has a clear shut off for both the camera and microphone separately, so you know when those are shut off for privacy concerns. When you ask, it will tell you what Amazon products are being delivered today, which is very helpful if you buy a lot online. You can thank your driver with it, check your order status, and ask many different questions. Vs the google hub, I get more useful answers out of the Echo when asking specific questions, like asking when 10 days later will be, etc. Whether you have an Amazon music account or not, you can get it to play stations you like, which I’ve ended up using a lot as it’s more convenient than turning on the Bluetooth speakers, and sound quality is good. For listening to music, the Echo is more than good enough in both volume and quality. You can also do video calls, which is a very helpful feature, both if you have multiple Echos around the house, or if you have someone on a phone with the Alexa app. And of course you can set little reminders or timers, which have become a habit very quickly due to the convenience. I have mine set up between the living room and kitchen, where we can use it in both rooms, and it’s a great time and hand saver. It was extremely easy to set up, and just works, without fuss or manual updates. Great home assistant, and I know it has a lot more features to explore if I can find the time to.

  14. Upgraded from a regular echo to this in kitchen. Love it, especially having visual reminders of any timers set, being able to watch movies etc. only downside is no Netflix.

  15. I recently got my hands on the Echo Show 5, and I must say, it’s a game-changer in the world of smart home devices. The Echo Show 5 packs a punch in a compact package. Its small footprint makes it ideal for any space, whether it’s on a kitchen counter, bedside table, or desk. One of the highlights of the Echo Show 5 is its seamless integration with other smart home devices. With built-in Zigbee support, I can easily control compatible smart lights, locks, and thermostats without needing additional hubs or bridges. The ability to create routines and automate tasks adds another layer of convenience to my daily life.:With customizable clock faces and the ability to personalize settings and preferences, the Echo Show 5 truly feels like it’s tailored to my needs.Overall, the Echo Show 5 combines smartness, versatility, and compactness into one impressive device. Definitely recommend!

  16. I’m in love with the product!! The quality of it is amazing, I love the fact that I can call my kids on this and it rings through out the house if you have other Alexa devices it’s says call from your mother lol so they know to pick up and it’s a FaceTime like I can see what they are doing! They have phones but it’s not always that they can hear their phones ringing so this is an added security for me when I’m away from home and they are home. I love the volume control that it has, the built in speaker is very durable, the appearance is also pleasing! I purchased this and a ring camera on sale around Black Friday and I’m very pleased with this product and it was a great value!

  17. As a seasoned audiophile constantly on the quest for sonic perfection, I recently had the privilege of immersing myself in the transcendent realm of the Echo Pop Speaker. 18. The Amazon Echo Pop was my first experience with an Alexa device, and I could kick myself for not buying 2 of these at the sale price of just under $23. At that price, these little smart speakers are well worth it. However, at the list price, you might do better to spend another $10 and go for the Echo Dot. Better still, if you can pick up an Echo Gen4 as certified refurbished, then that is quite a good deal at around $50.Prior to purchasing the Echo Pop, I installed the Alexa App on my iPhone, and during order time, I did the pre-configuration. Upon arrival, the setup was a breeze, and in a matter of just a few minutes I was greeted by a pleasant sounding female voice. The audio quality of this little speaker was amazing. I asked it a few questions, then said “Alexa, play Peaceful Current Radio.” It was a truly Hi-Fidelity experience, even though it was monophonic. On that station, a great deal of the music is solo acoustic, so stereo , 3D, or surround sound isn’t necessary to hear the clear and faithful reproduction of a piano, guitar, or cello. The bass from this speaker isn’t going to rattle the walls, but the little speaker was able to fill my master bedroom with beautiful music, that sounded like the instruments were in the same room. That should cover the good points about this smart device. I rarely give any product 5 stars, but if I could give it a rating of 4.5 I would, primarily because of what it can do at such a low sell price. There are some issues that you might want to consider if you are looking for a good Echo Device. It is far from perfect. Its smarts are at the low end, and a good Wi-Fi connection is needed if you want a fast response. It can’t function as a hub, so if you want to control various smart devices in your home, you will likely need an Echo Gen4 or better. It doesn’t have a 3.5 mm audio jack, so if you want to connect to headphones or external speakers, you will need to use Bluetooth. The Bluetooth connection can be tricky, but once you pair with speakers, it quickly disconnects and reconnects by just turning off the speakers and turning them back on. I also found out that after doing this several times, it began to experience streaming problems, and I had to unplug it and plug it back in to fix the problem.Bluetooth streaming seems to suffer a bit in fidelity. I paired it with some Logitech Bluetooth computer speakers, and even though it produced stereo sound, the frequency response was not as good, and the stereo separation was weak. Some of this was likely due to the Logitech speakers. They aren’t exactly the best computer speakers and I am not too fond of the passive radiator design that gives the base an unnatural sound.I tried a separate GT Bluetooth to 3.5 mm adaptor, which I connected to my retro audio system, and the sound quality was a little better, but I had to crank the volume knob up pretty high. When I connected the Bluetooth adaptor to wired headphones it sounded pretty good, so using Bluetooth headphones seems a good alternative listening method. One other issue is with the alarm level. I can’t seem to set it to a level that will override the music, and alert me that it’s time to take medications or walk the dog. It usually takes me awhile to realize that it is sounding a wake-up. It is loud enough when not playing music, but too low of a level when music is playing.Overall, it is a very good device, and its small size makes it easy to place in an out of the way location, such as in the kitchen or bathroom. It has great sounding audio that can fill a small room, but not quite good enough to fill a large family or living room. It really shines at playing relaxing music such as from an Internet radio station such as “Peaceful Current Radio,” or other similar music stations. However, for Rock- and Roll or party music, you will likely want something with a little more punch.Update:I just had to do a follow up to my previous review. I caught a sell and picked up another Echo Pop for just under $20. That means I acquired 2 of these for around $45 with tax. They make a great stereo pair. Two speakers are better than one. You get double the sound. This means a great improvement in the base response. With 2 drivers pushing the air, they do a better job. I just tweak the bass response 2 notches, and the treble 1 notch, and these rival the audio quality of my much larger and more expensive JBL studio monitor bookshelf speakers with a 100 watt per channel amplifier pushing them. Of course they can’t match the power, but 2 of these in a stereo pair can do a pretty good job in my 13 by 13 master bedroom with vaulted ceiling. I’m considering adding an Echo Sub hidden away under my bed.Alexa does a much better job at finding my favorite Internet radio stations as well. Siri keeps telling me she can’t find that in my Apple music library.I have a database of URLs to over 9000 radio stations. Alexa easily finds most of my favorites such as:Peaceful current RadioNew Standard WNYCIPR Studio 1KTUX FMKSRY FMWJIB FMCafé Del Mar RadioAmericana Boogey RadioAloha JoeQuiet Village RadioWSBZ FMSmooth Jazz 101WABE ClassicalJust ask Alexa to play any of these, and get ready for a treat.

  19. At $19 sale price when I got it, you can’t lose. Nice, stylish, compact speaker with punchy audio that carries out what Alexa speaker does well: music, radio, digital assistant thing. It’s currently seating behind my monitor (pictured).

  20. Alexa speakers are a great addition to any household! She’s very helpful and this is a great value for the money! The connection process was easy and the quality and sound of this speaker is excellent!

  21. It’s small but loud. The audio quality is super good and crisp. Pretty easy to set up too. I got this for my mom for mother’s day and it’s perfect.

  22. I ordered one for myself and for a friend’s birthday. The design is so cute. It’s not too big or heavy. Fits easily in your hand. The sound quality is very good. I replaced my 2nd generation with this one. It is a nice step up. It was easy to set up. I received an email about setting up. I followed the directions. When I opened my package it was almost ready to go. I opened the app and it recognized it. Let me name it and boom done. It took less than 5 minutes. My friend who has never owned an echo product loves it! She was having too much with Alexa. I may have to order another one for the garage. The rest of the rooms in the house have one. 😆 The drop in function is one of my favorite things about the echo products. It’s like an intercom without the expense. Absolutely LOVE this new addition to our family.
