  1. I’ll preface this review by saying I am pretty picky when it comes to my possessions. My IPhone 7+ finally gave up the ghost. I was hoping to get through the remainder of this year so that when the IPhone 15 came out that I would get a renewed 14 Max Pro but that was not to be. We had purchased a renewed IPhone 12 for my son from another seller and were surprised with how clean it was when it arrived. We paid extra for the excellent condition and it was in pristine condition with a 100% battery max battery health.Prime day comes along and I see this phone from this seller. It was roughly $200 more than the regular IPhone 12 that we bought for my son but it was the Pro model and it did have 512k of storage. Due to the positive experience we had with the earlier purchase, I decided to pull the trigger.Fulfillment was great. I had ordered the phone on 7/11 and it was scheduled to arrive on 7/14 but to my surprise it hit my house on 7/13 which was a nice surprise. When I picked up the package I got worried because I could hear and feel something rattling in the box that was shipped in a form fitting padded envelope. To my relief I found the phone to be intact. It arrived with protective plastic on the screen, a SIM port tool, and a lightning charging cable that was loose in the box. Upon inspection I found the screen to be free of scratches or gouges but there is some slight surface marring on a small section of the screen that you have to look for in order to see. The bezel was clean except for a couple of nicks. The worst sign of usage is a chip above the top of the highest camera lens. It’s not huge but you can definitely see it and it looks like a chip in a car windshield since the back of the phone is finished in glass. The only other thing to mention is that there was a bit of what looks like green metal tape that was poking out of the side of the phone between the screen and bezel which I was able to rub off with my fingernail. It looked like the refurb process was not as clean as it could have been.Going into the settings I found that the max battery life was only 85% which was kind of a bummer. Setting up the phone was a breeze with ICloud but I haven’t figured out how to pull down the pictures that resided on my old phone. My apps came over but know I had to re-enter my passwords in most cases. After only a couple of day usage, everything seems to work fine. Amazon gives 90 days to return for any issues. The camera on the pro is a definite improvement over the 7+. Size wise the unit is smaller than the 7+ but the screen is bigger on the 12 since it doesn’t have the home button at the bottom which I keep wanting to press out of habit.Overall the purchase was better than ok. If the phone has another 10% of battery life and the nick on the camera was not present then I would rate the item as excellent. I’ll always wonder if I should have purchased a phone from the other seller that sold a phone in perfect condition. I will update this review should anything major happen with the phone.

  2. It’s a “renewed” iPhone 13 Pro Max with fairly normal operability, but not premium/perfect or even excellent condition. Had I seen the phone ahead of time and handled it, I would not have paid so much for it.”There will be no visible cosmetic imperfections when held at an arm’s length. There will be no visible cosmetic imperfections when held at an arm’s length.”This part of the product description is entirely inaccurate. There are visible imperfections when held at arm’s length, most noticeably damage to the steel in the bottom left corner near the screen. There is also slight damage around the camera lenses, although this is not readily visible at arm’s length. In addition to the visible damage, the button on the righthand side functions, but does not have the full range of travel that a new or like new phone has (I’m comparing directly to another iPhone 13 Pro Max I bought new). It’s hard to sense sometimes whether you’ve pressed the button or not.Setting up the phone was an all-day, all-night, into the next day nightmare with it attempting to update to iOS 17.1 during the install process and failing multiple times during setup. It was on 3 month old software (iOS 16.5.1 (c). Once I finally managed to get it updated to iOS 17.1, I was able to wipe it (for the 4th or 5th time?) and then go through a normal setup process. I wish it had come with a more recent software version, that would have made setup easier.Battery life is excellent, its battery health is at 90%, which is exactly what I was hoping for with this purchase. All told, I’m pleased with the phone despite its imperfections, but in light of the imperfections and the age of the device, it was far more expensive than it should have been.

  3. For starters; the price on these phones is great. Between having the reassurance of Amazon buyer protection, and the benefit of knowing the device has been tested for performance, it’s well worth it.I needed a new phone fast after my cat knocked mine into the sink ☹️ Rice fixed it for a while, but it was only temporary before it died altogether.I hate buying phones and avoid it whenever possible. 99% of mine belonged to someone in my family first. And i was good with that. Needless to say, my cat didn’t wait for someone in my family to upgrade. I was on my own this time.Okay…. that’s not entirely true. My grandma had an iPhone 7 sitting around so that held me over in the meantime. Going from an iPhone 11 Pro Max to an iPhone 7 was….bad. It was too dam small, in every possible way. 32 gigs of memory!! I needed an upgrade. Fast. My 11 year old was bullying me relentlessly. And that’s on me. They had my old XR (formerly my dad’s)I scoured FB marketplace. I’d decided upgrade a little, so I could feel better about the switch. I didn’t want to feel backed me into a corner by my cat’s recklessness. I would get a slightly newer model in a fun colour.Marketplace had plenty. Sending message after message from my iPhone 7, I worried. “This person seems too eager”, “this one has been posted so long”, “I want a purple, but the only purple one listed has less storage space” and “the pretty green one has a small crack”, “this guy lives 2 hours from me” and “Battery life? Errr last time I checked it was like 74%?….no, I can’t take a screenshot of it, it’s turned off”…. “cash only please” Etc.So much pressure. What happens if the thing doesn’t work? That’s $300+ down the drain. I knew I couldn’t afford new. But I hated the idea of buying something used from a stranger on Facebook. I didn’t want to get scammed, and I also didn’t want to settle. That’s when I remembered good ol’ Amazon. Maybe I’d check there. Just for funsies. Probably out of my budget, but it couldn’t hurt.Sure enough, refurbished devices selling “like new!” Mostly same cost or less than what I’d found so far. Surely there was a catch? I read through everything, tested by Amazon, includes all the specs, unlocked, I can pick the colour, the storage size, the condition, etc. AND I could have it delivered to me tomorrow??! With a warranty?!!I recovered from my brief stint of disappointment after learning the 12’s don’t come in yellow. Then fought hard to decide between mint and lavender. The lavender would take an extra day to arrive. Mint it was!! As promised, it arrived the next day. It was in beautiful shape. 128g’s, mint green, not a single scratch, 86% battery life. All for less than I would have paid to some stranger for a 64g with some “small scratches”Once my case and screen protector arrived I excitedly set it up and synced my data.Oh no.The FACE ID DIDNT WORK 😭After becoming used to facial recognition, having that yanked away, and dealing with a 7 for over 2 weeks— I was desperate for the convenience of Face ID. I had been using my fingerprint. Like a *caveman*.Not to mention I have Blink 182 tickets, and it specifically states facial recognition is required to access the mobile tickets. Idk if that’s true, but I needed Face ID!!I googled, I contacted apple support. Fixing it could be upwards of $300. That’s almost what I paid for the whole phone!!I realllllly didn’t want to be stuck without a phone again. But I also wanted one fully functioning. So I reached out to Amazon support and explained. The rep was incredibly helpful (as most Amazon reps are) and after bts failed, she advised the ship was a 3rd party seller, and she send a message to them. “If they don’t fix it by (insert date) contact us back and we’ll make this right” she encouraged.I’m ngl. I was nervous. I didn’t have high hopes, having dealt with 3p sellers on Amazon in the past. At least Amazon had my back, ig. The concert wasn’t till July. Even without facial recognition, it was loads better than the 7. I could make do in the meantime. The seller came in clutch though, and my worry was unwarranted. They responded within minutes. They were receptive, apologetic, and more than willing to help.As I’d anticipated, they offered a refund or exchange, as soon as they received the return. I explained my concern with not having a phone for several days or more; and the merchant offered to overnight a replacement as soon as the return was dropped off.I could deal with one day without a phone! I gratefully accepted. That was Saturday night, we made plans to catch up Monday for the return instructions and for them to overnight it.Monday I reached back out; and they were ready to ship, BUT they *had no more green….* 🫢 SHOCK“…do you have purple”No. 🙁 just blue, white, and black.THIS WAS A HUGE BUMMER.It’s silly I know, and the definition of *first world problems “.. but I mean…. My change of heart about this whole phone thing HINGED ON THE FUN COLOUR. Without it, I was just a person…out $350… because my cat was thirsty while I was watching YouTube while washing dishes. I needed a cool colour. Plus, I’d already gotten the matching case! Clear with mint green borders. It wasn’t even a fun blue… it was a dark, serious, navy blue. It was pretty and classy, but I wanted something fun. I even asked if he had any older models in yellow 😭😭 no luck,They told me they’d be restocking in a day or so. Still, no greens or purples came in.Ugh. Reality was setting in. I was going to have to settle. It was fine, I thought. At least it would be a fully functioning phone.No. I wasn’t ready to let go. They assured me I could take my time to decide, and I asked if we could wait another week in case one came in. If it didn’t, *then* I would choose from the options available.I messaged them Wednesday afternoon, bracing myself for the answer…. THEY GOT IN PURPLE! YAY.They sent a label, I dropped it off, sent a photo, and had my new phone the next morning.they’d said overnight shipping… but wow! I’d dropped off the return around 3pm, and had the replacement by noon the next day. I didn’t even have my new case yet 😅Despite the Barney-Esque colour scheme my mint green case created, the lavender is GORGEOUS and I’m actually sort of glad the green didn’t work out.Don’t get me wrong, the green is also gorgeous.. but in the end I’m glad I ended up with the lavender. I was overjoyed when I was prompted to set Face ID during setup. Worked brilliantly, as did everything else.Great packaging, no cosmetic flaws, amazing battery life, customer service was great, and best of all… ITS PURPLE!Can’t wait to pair it with the new case. I’m so glad I went this route where I have some peace of mind as a buyer.I’m grateful to the seller for being so helpful and patient with me as insufferable as I must have seemed making such a fuss over colour preferenceIf you’re nervous buying a phone used or refurbished too, hopefully you can take comfort in knowing- this seller is legit. You receive a good quality product, and, speaking from experience, they’ll gladly help resolve any issues you may run into.

  4. I received my phone today and it is absolutely PRISTINE! It looks like it just came out of its box! Battery life is at 88% which I’m happy with as well. It came with an Apple approved charging cord.I had ordered a refurbished phone through Walmart at first and I will never, ever do that again. First one I received was in terrible condition. Deep gouges all over the metal frame and actually a sharp piece where the metal on the frame broke away. Sent it back. Got one in slightly better condition but, I noticed when I got it that there was what appeared to be a scratch on the bottom camera lens cover. It was a small crack that splintered as I was sitting on my bed, scrolling.I ordered an iPhone 12 mini for my husband and the one he received from Walmart looked ok, lots of scratches on the frame though. Once it was all setup though there was a warning that the screen had been replaced with a non apple part. Because of that, there would constantly be a flag on the settings icon. So, we sent it back and ordered his from Amazon. Once it came and it was in great condition I decided to just return to the vendor on Walmart instead of taking my chances on a third phone from them. So happy I did.If you are ordering from a third party seller, amazon is definitely the way to go.

  5. Like almost everyone here I was skeptical on purchasing an iPhone. After opening the package I was surprised to see what amazing condition the phone was in. It seems the previous owner took good care as I barely found any flaws. There are some specks and very fine scratches around the ringer button and the charging port. The battery health is 88% which led me to believe it’s the original battery inside. I thoroughly tested every feature of phone and everything works.I was looking on facebook marketplace/Craigslist/ebay before I came across this and it was a no brainer. Most sellers offers no warranty whatsoever and I believe those phones were repaired. In my area, the sellers were listing for around the same price as Amazon. Not factoring the time and cost to meetup. Will definitely come back here for my next used iphone purchase

I was on a waiting list for a ‘Renewed Premium’. Seems to be a long waiting list. I finally gave up and went with a ‘Renewed’ advertised in excellent condition. Given Amazon’s generous return policy, I would have been able to easily return it if there were issues. I probably wouldn’t have tried this with an online retailer other than Amazon or Apple. It arrived with no scratches, dings, or apparent wear. Looks like new. That said, anyone buying a ‘Renewed’ phone should expect varying degrees of condition within the parameters of Amazon’s advertising. I’d suggest buying a ‘Renewed Premium’ if you want a phone that’s in like-new condition. I probably got lucky with a ‘Renewed’.It shipped in *very* well designed and protective packaging designed for phones. Not likely to be damaged in transit short of extremely heavy crush damage. If you plan on trading in your phone or storing a back-up phone, any phone given that the box has spacers to accommodate different sizes, I’d suggest keeping it. Kudos to the packaging engineers that designed this. Well done.It was delivered with 100% battery health which almost certainly means that the phone was opened up and the battery replaced. The likelihood of a ‘renewed’ 13 Mini arriving with battery health at 100% is slim to none. I assume that they did this because the phone was traded in with < 80% battery health. The advertising states that the phone will arrive with battery health of ≥ 80% battery health.Immediately after receiving it, I ran two diagnostics to check functions. In both cases, no issues. One of the diagnostics is built into iOS. You'll need iOS 17 or later and not a beta release. Search for 'built in iPhone diagnostic' for instructions. There's another which makes doing this quite a bit easier. From the Apple app store search for 'Phone Doctor Plus'. There's a free and paid version. It simplifies the process. There are other diagnostic apps but these are the only two I've tried. Alternatively, you can take it to an Apple store and ask them to do it for you.The advertising states that an MFi certified charging cable and a U/L certified charger are included. Don't expect Apple branded accessories. Mine shipped with a 3ft aftermarket USB C to Lightning charging cable but not a charger. I removed the interior packaging to check. Not a deal breaker but for those that are expecting a charger, fyi. Also advertised as an included accessory is a sim removal tool. I didn't find one in the box. If yours shipped with a SIM card, I'd read through the pros and cons of SIM vs eSIM. If eSIM meets your needs, I'd recommend removing the SIM, physically destroying it and switching to eSIM. Switching to eSIM can be done in your phone's settings. No expertise or hardware required. Although unlikely if buying from Amazon (I assume), SIM cards can be compromised. If you need a SIM card, probably best to get one from your carrier instead of a mystery SIM.You'll need a case. Without, it's not a matter of if you'll drop it but when. This is my second mini, the first being an iPhone 12 Mini. Slippery and with a smaller form factor than other iPhones, very easy lose grip especially if you have large hands. Further, without a case the camera lenses and screen make contact with whatever surface you place them on.The Apple leather case has been my go-to for the last 3-4 phones. Very well designed, doesn't add significant bulk and the drop protection has proven to be excellent. Great case for all but extreme circumstances.Note that the iPhone 12 and 13 mini cases are not interchangeable. The camera lens housings are different. The 12 mini case will not fit the 13 mini. The 13 mini case will fit the 12 mini but there will be a gap on the right side of the lens housing. Not to overstate it but If you're considering an iPhone 12 mini or 13 mini, battery life may be problematic for heavy users and those who regularly use power hungry apps. GPS apps especially – Apple Maps, Google Maps, Uber, etc. If you're on the move a lot without convenient charging options, a small power bank (≤ 5000mAh) will bring some peace of mind. True of all phones but somewhat more so for a Mini. In my experience with the 12 Mini, especially once battery health drops into the 80% range. If you're looking at both the 12 and 13 Minis, the 13 Mini uses an A15 processor which is more energy efficient and slightly faster. It also has a slightly larger battery. There are other differences including an upgraded camera in the 13 Mini. There are quite a few side by side comparison reviews. Worth checking out before buying.Happy customer. I'm fully committed to the Mini form factor/dimensions. I carry it all day in a front or back pocket and barely know it's there. When I need to replace it, perhaps Mini's will be back in the menu from Apple. Hope so.

I purchased the phone in “good” condition to replace my damaged 2020 SE (camera was broken so I don’t have any pictures to share) and I am very happy with the result.Key points:Battery health = 100%!!! This was surprising.Cosmetic damage = paint chipped off on top right edge/corner and around back camera circles, small dent from prior drop on right edge, screen and back do have small scratches but this aligns with the qualifications for a “good” condition phone. If you’re looking for less damage I would order “excellent”. My case hides the damage.Functionality = so far everything works great and the data and SIM transfer (I purchased unlocked) were perfect.Shipping = shipped via USPS and arrived a day earlier than expected, fully intact and in a box with bubble wrap.Accessories = included a lightning to USB charger and outlet block, non Apple brand.Overall would recommend to all my friends who want an iPhone but not for the price tag and purchase again myself in the future.

  8. rocked with the 128 black, can’t say i’m disappointed but can’t say i’m impressed either.the box had me in panic mode for a cool 2 seconds, so at least now u know what to expect. it comes with a charger and the block, both are off-brand (Sharkk). it took a good business week to arrive, but i wasn’t in any real rush to get it cuz i just needed a good work phone and this would definitely get the job done.Only complaints would be the very obvious cosmetic blemishes but seeing as im putting it in a case anyways i genuinely could care less & i noticed its a bit laggy but that might just be cuz i just started using it right away and haven’t let all the apps load in.Other than that phone works good, cameras is good, speakers good; i can’t really be mad at that price tag

  9. This is a phone for an older relative overseas who doesn’t use the phone much besides taking photos and calls. I decided to give her her first iPhone since other Android phones were giving her problems. It’s pretty good. The card inside says it’s been inspected, but I inspected it as well to be sure. Yes, all the parts seem to be working just fine. Camera, mic, Face ID, speaker, GPS are all good. Battery capacity is at 89% which is also fine. I phone I bought was listed as Refurbished – Excellent, and I can’t complain about that. No scratches on the important parts, like the screen or lenses or sensors. Just one negligible scratch on the corner of the casing.I would recommend buying Amazon Renewed, but make sure you are looking at the seller before adding it to your cart. Even though these are all labeled as Amazon Renewed, the seller they come from varies. One seller I was about to buy from had a 79% satisfaction rating, so I switched to one that had a better seller satisfaction. And yes I am satisfied with that seller. To do this by the way, on the product page, go to the button that says (Renewed (XX) from). There you can pick from a list of sellers and see their rating.

I wasn’t really gonna write a review on this but I have to! I am amazed at how I got my phone in the condition it came in . it said excellent condition , and it really is . I am really picky with my electronics , always wanting them to look perfect , no scratches or bumps . and this did not fail me. no scratches at all on the screen and maybe some small ones in the back that you really had to look for but with a case on its not an issue. cameras were also not scratched and everything works, from the cameras , to the speakers and the whole software of the phone is good and up to date. the only flaw, was how it had 88% battery life. on the description it says that having up to 80% will still land it on excellent condition , so I can’t knock a point because I knew, and getting a new battery will be about 90$ according to apple. I did talk to one of my buddies that works on phones and said he doesn’t recommend me to replace the battery as it still is healthy. and I have been using it for a week and it really doesn’t need one. I had an iPhone 12 and I used it almost every day at work playing videos on the background , and it would last me about 7-8 hours and then id have to charge it considering my work days are 10 hours. with this phone , I literally come out of work with about 40-65% battery still.all it all , this is great , it was one of the best prices I could find for a used iPhone 13 Pro Max and im am actually really satisfied with my purchase . I also stayed with the 13 instead of the newer ones because it has a SIM card tray still and because it does not have the dynamic island that the new ones have as I think it takes up more screen when watching videos compared to the small notch on the 13. I wish it did have the stabilizing camera feature for when I walk my dog and want to take stable videos , but I don’t mind that . this phone when it came out was beloved by every one and I think its still a great buy for 2024.

  11. The phone was in very very good condition. Any wear was minor and just not noticeable. Screen was in mint condition and everything works.Phone was unlocked and ready to use, just like a apple refurb device. There was a charging cable in the box which is a plus.Battery lasts mosts of the day which is good for a small phone.I may use the amazon used/reconditioned store for more electronics in the future.

  12. On my journey of ordering a refurbished iPhone and it can be a journey this was an excellent purchase. Screen and display are flawless, phone is in excellent condition and all features work properly. Charging port of the phone works properly, speakers are loud and clear, buttons are solid, haptics crisp. Battery Health is 88% and stable. Got same day delivery and up and running quickly. Purchased refurb level was “excellent”. Should have been my first stop..Now I did mention a journey so let me add a quick tip if this is your first time looking for a refurbed phone. I purchased another phone days before from a different seller based on amount of sales and ratings. Refurb level was “Premium” waited a few days and once received phone came with a faulty charging port, display was showing in settings as “unknown” or issue with hardware. So in the return box this goes. Many of these refurbished phones are due to cracked screens. Some companies will use non-genuine apple products during the repair. So be prepared this may be an issue when you receive your phone from some refurb sellers. I personally will not accept it and if I’m paying a premium dollar amount for a 3 or 4 year old phone I expect it to be repaired with genuine iPhone parts. Not to mention I don’t appreciate caution notifications every time I go into my settings.Again the phone I received from this seller was flawless with no issues and fully wiped. The other thing is when you receive your phone it should be completely wiped and ready for set up. If it is not! Do NOT connect it to any of your devices, specifically computers or your wifi before the factory reset.

Excelentes condiciones

  15. Buying a used phone can be an anxiety filled experience – you read the reviews and hope that you’re one of the happy customers and are lucky enough to get an “as advertised product.” You have to take a chance. I did and the phone arrived quickly and with an unexpected charger and cord – generic box and bubble wrap. The phone was listed as in “excellent” and it truly was without a mark, dent or scratch.Several hours of backing up, transferring data and sim – now the phone is truly working and picking up where the prior phone handed off to the latest one.The challenge of course is you have a new phone – and its always a bit steep for the first few days trying to learn the new hardware/software and audit that the used phone does not have some hidden defect that is going to cost you more time and money. So, I’m happy for a few days and then one evening I discover that the bottom speaker (the top earpiece speaker is actually called the receiver) was not working well. scratchy and little to no volume – this had missed my attention entirely. A panic search online revealed Apple 12 speaker problems and them being repaired by Apple – crap!I went to a repair shop the next day, they ran Apple diagnostics on the phone and sure enough – speaker needed to be replaced – $120 for generic parts, $180 for Apple parts – they’re not familiar with the Apple repair program (found out later that was for receiver speakers) – so this is half of the cost of the phone. No I’m committed to the new phone, don’t want to lose it, but don’t want to pay this either.Reach out to seller and explain the issue – they can even confirm the Apple diagnostic through the serial number – They offer $25 refund if I’ll keep the phone. – So this tells me that they don’t run diagnostics on the phones themselves – or do and hope that people will simply miss small items or accept them once they have sweat equity in the phone – or, it’s all honest and by buying/selling a used phone both parties are taking a gamble. I chose to believe the latter. And accepted their offer. And here’s the takeaway – the speaker now works – once in a while I might think I hear some scratchy, but unsure due to surrounding conditions. So for now, it’s good, we’ll see how long it lasts – but if I have to get it repaired – I took a chance -I say take a chance – you might get a perfect phone and save a lot in the meantime – I typically stay a few models behind the curve and benefit from software updates and people abandoning perfectly working phones for the latest models – AT&T typically had new old stock and I took advantage of that, but I have a grandfathered plan that they no longer make good money on, so I’m no longer eligible for that.Hope your experience is a good one – all the best, Don

  16. No scratches, everything works great, beautiful phone and 87% battery health – very happy with my purchase!

  17. Perfect conditions, battery 100% , very happy !!

  18. It says that it’s good condition but honestly, I would say it’s in great condition. It has a couple of necks on the side but once you put a cover on it, you can’t even see it operate as a brand new phone. It says that the battery capacity goes up to 83% but it actually goes past that up to 100. There’s no scratches on the screen whatsoever, honestly it looks just like a brand new phone. I couldn’t be more happy came with a charger and a wall piece protector sadly but great for the price

  19. Muy buen teléfono, llegó en exelente condiciones solo porque sabes que es reacondicionado y no viene en caja original, de ahi parece completamente nuevo, funciona perfecto, con 96% de batería, sin un solo rayón

  20. I damaged my iPhone Mini 13 pretty bad and didn’t have many options. iBreakUFix wanted $200 for a new aftermarket back. The Apple Store wouldn’t touch it as they thought it may be more damaged and it was a minimum of $300. They didn’t sell the iPhone 13 Mini anymore either. This was a great alternative, got the phone in 1 day and everything looks great on it. No scratches, great condition. Battery health 90%. I will be buying more devices this route moving forward.

i ordered the refurbished excellent and the only thing wrong was a little scratch on the bottom left corner which gets covered by the case anyway. battery health was at 93. great phone for a low price

  22. Esta compra fue mejor de lo que esperaba, es la primera vez que adquirió un equipo reacondicionado, esperaba un poco más de vida en la batería pero no me quejo, ha sido una buena compra.

  23. The media could not be loaded.  ⭐️✨ If you want something in “Excellent” condition, might as well buy a brand new iPhone, this is honestly a 50/50 chance of getting it in “Excellent” condition, BUT I give it 5 stars only because everything works perfectly and how it’s supposed to, haven’t had any issues and I got a case, protective camera cover and privacy screen protector, and it basically looks brand new to me regardless with those accessories on, I realized I’m only going to use this is as my new secondary phone for work only to separate my main phone for PERSONAL use, it’s a cute pocket size and reminds me of the smaller iPhones from back then, the camera works perfectly and is great quality! I love everything about it, regardless of the condition it came in, get it if you don’t care of how it could possibly come in imperfect condition and if you only care about the quality of the device and the price, don’t focus on the the appearance, I went to my nearest Apple Store and got a diagnostics check on it and they told me everything works how it’s supposed to, especially me since I’ve been using it, which makes me even happier to know that it’s a real iPhone and it has been tested! I highly recommend getting this ONLY as a secondary phone, get a brand new one if you care about every little thing being perfect! 10/10 ✨⭐️

  24. i just got the phone today the battery capacity is 100% which is equivalent to a brand new phone.and the camera quality is greatno scratches or cracks that I notice. so overall a great purchase but i bought this for $390 in excellent condition not sure if a lower conditon is the same

  25. Was at 30% when it arrived, not really long lasted battery life, and there was a very slight scuff on the side of the phone. But, nothing that won’t be covered up by a phone case! Other than that it’s well functioning!

  28. Arrived early which was nice, packed well. Was supposed to be excellent, the phone has damage-scratches on corners and sides and has a sticky-tacky film on back. Once I put a case on it you don’t see or feel it. Battery was at 80+ percent, transfer was fast. Battery is “unknown part” warning but lasts all day, which is great since I listen to music almost all day. For the money its a good upgrade from what I had.

  29. Muy bien el equipo y bueno batería funciona al 100%

I needed a new iPhone and found this iPhone 13 mini renewed that’s just perfect for me!Not only was the price right but it came with a charger, screen protector (already installed) and even a phone case!Definitely more than I expected.I bought “acceptable” knowing it would come with signs of use- and it did. However, some scratches and blemishes to the exterior don’t affect how well it works. I just put my case on and it looks like new 😊

  31. I bought this iPhone because I could care less about a new and improve phone I just needed a new one since my other phone got completely damaged so I wasn’t expecting a lot since it was used and was nervous it was a scam but I yolo and did it and I was so happy and satisfied no cracks no dents no chips I got a unlocked phone so transferring phones was so simple and I recommend people to just try ir when in doubt you can return but the quality was beyond and the fact I paid 400 dollars less than from an Apple Store make it 10/10

  32. Phone seems to be working fine, purchased excellent condition and had a minor scratch at the bottom and near the camera but does not affect pictures after all. Battery life came at 89% which we think could have been better

  33. The phone was as new. No scratches, perfect condition and the battery is in great health.Thanks.

  34. exelente estado y muy bueno

  35. Front and back no scratches at all. Sound, lock, camera etc seems to be working fine. 91% battery health. The phone does take a long time to charge, it could be the generic charger it comes with. Overall satisfied w purchase. I bought a iphone 7 SE about 3 years ago from this site and it was still working perfectly fine. I just upgraded and gave my SE to my niece. Would recommend!

Phone works great battery at 85 percent not bad for used

  40. I don’t usually make reviews but this felt important. This phone is absolutely usable. But the buttons were sticky and dirty and the battery was at 83%. The vibrate/ringer switch was also very dirty. I had to spend about an hour cleaning it for all the buttons to not feel mushy and dull. I STILL haven’t finished cleaning whatever grime got in the switch. I’m worried that there’s potentially some damage to the internals but nothing has shown up so far.If you want a phone that works, this works. But I can imagine you can find a seller that won’t make you put in extra work.

Me encantó.

  45. I am very satisfied with this purchase. It arrived on time and after 3 weeks of use I have absolutely no complaints. Easy set up. I did have to call Verizon, but they were very helpful and hook up was easy. Amazing 100% battery life. This phone is like new in every respect. Will definitely buy again when needed.

  46. My wife needed a new phone as her old iPhone was not holding a charge anymore. I was not going to Shell out top dollar for a brand new iPhone so I thought I would give this as a option. Arrived on time in mint condition absolutely no blemishes or marks on the product functions and looks brand new. This is an excellent option if you do need a higher-end mobile device. My delivery option had a passcode which I appreciated because it was delivered to me to my hands without the risk of theft. Thank you.
