  1. The phone I received was by all estimations brand new. Not a mark on it and fully charged. However, being new to the Apple World, I can honestly say Windows & Android are both in plain, simple, super easy to understand English. Apple is not. Even its keyboard is not a full Standard Keyboard, like it is with Windows & any Google machine. Android is Google, that’s why I say it that way. No getting around it. Just keeping it short & to the point. Apple’s iPhone keyboard takes extreme amount of effort to use because it is not the Standard keyboard of every other operating system. Thankfully, I was able to connect a Bluetooth keyboard to it. Otherwise, it’s a serious no-go for keyboard use.As for Apple’s iPhone Touchscreen, again, I find it sorely lacking. There’s no such thing as the simple pinch & zoom on it. That particular luxury seems to be found only within the Camera & Picture sections. You’d think it’d at least be within the iBook section but it’s not. On most everything Windows or Google, every app is not just touch & activate, but also affords the luxury of pinch & zoom as well as easy swipe & easy app close & dismiss. Can’t say that about the Apple iPhone. And for some unknown reason its WiFi also keeps turning itself on. I can’t seem to keep it off no matter how often I manually turn it off.For Apple being so USER-FRIENDLY, I cannot at all say that it is. In fact, IT IS ANYTHING BUT USER-FRIENDLY. If the Apple World was so user-friendly, then it would be a very simple and easy transition from the Windows or Google platform to Apple. And I can honestly say it is Not at all simple or easy. I was so hoping it would be as simple & easy as my Windows machine & Android phone, but sadly, it’s actually quite maddening. If you enjoy Kindle reads, you’ll need to install the app for it. But I can also tell you, Apple’s iBook seriously pales in comparison to Kindle. Ironically, the Google Search Engine is installed on Apple’s iPhone but Kindle is not. I avoid Google anything & everything as much as can be done. But for Apple to deny Amazon’s Kindle Apple on its phones, seems almost a crime.I have yet to install the Kindle reading app or to test out the camera on the iPhone. When I do I’ll update my review. But currently I can’t say it’s anything to brag about. And I most certainly did not expect to see Google’s Search Engine/Web Browser on it.Size wise, it’s the exact same size as my Sony Xperia Z3v. It still functions quite well. Not perfect, but well enough for me since I have it locked to call, text, Kindle reads & camera. I can easily read, pinch & zoom & highlight my Kindle reads, pictures & text messages on it. Can only do that with pictures on the iPhone. So for it being so great, I actually find it quite limiting. Not because it’s an iPhone, but because the Apple creators decided to create a platform that is quite complex and extremely arduous to use. Apple created its own “language” that must be learned in order to navigate the complexities of its Eco-system. Even now, trying to login to the Apple App Store, no keyboard appears so I can actually install Apps necessary for my personal use. Yet you’re required to sign in to it. How can you sign into the App Store when NO KEYBOARD APPEARS TO LET YOU?! So, even if I did not want to use the phone feature, but instead use it as a computer tablet, I cannot because it won’t let me login to the App Store. … Like I said, to anyone new to the Apple world, it’s quite a infuriatingly maddening conundrum. If Apple wants to gain new customers and retain them, then Apple needs to change how it operates. And if Apple is supposed to be the safest of all online platforms, then it should not sport Google’s web browser. The phone I received was/is like brand new. Operating it though, takes considerable patients as it is quite the learning curve. It should not be so difficult to transition from Windows, Android or Google to Apple. They all made sense to everybody from the moment they came out because they were in simple English and easily understood and simple to navigate because of it. Apple on the other hand, not by a long shot. Even Apple’s touchscreen capabilities sorely lacks in comparison. And that’s sad. You’d think their touchscreen capabilities would be at least on-par with Windows, Google & Android but it is not. You’d think Apple’s touchscreen capabilities might even be better than Windows, Android & Google, but no. Thus far I can find nothing to brag about regarding Apple anything. I was so hoping to find something better about Apple. Instead, I’m greatly disappointed and left seriously frustrated. The iPhone itself came fully charged and appears in brand new condition. It also came with an original Apple Charger.I give the seller a stellar 5 star rating, along with the iPhone I received.I give Apple itself a mediocre 3, even 2 star rating. So to anyone new to the Apple world, maybe an iPad would be easier to use. I started with a phone since I need both a new phone & a new computer and figured Apple would be a serious upgrade to Windows and for sure compared to Google’s Android. … Apple is not at all user-friendly to a first time user. Only Windows, Google & Android can actually claim user-friendly bragging rights, from day one for any first time user.Apparently I need either direct Apple support or YouTube’s Apple education in order to learn how to make the best use of this phone. I don’t fault the phone for anything. It’s an Apple thing. It’s very nearly like you gotta go to MIT to learn it. And that’s just not right. Will update as I learn how to navigate Apple’s world & extremely clunky Eco-system.1st Time Apple iPhone User Assessment. -Phone – good. – can’t give it high marks due to Apple itself.Apple – not worth all the money & certainly nothing to brag about.

  2. This is the best phone I’ve ever owned, in my opinion. I’m passionate about smartphones, and I’ve loved previous high end Androids. This has a few key advantages over those devices.Simplicity. I used to compile my own Gentoo. I understand the value of FOSS. Still, I’ve come to decide that a personal communicator/ data assistant needs to be usable above all else. iOS is feature-complete, thoughtfully efficient, and free of redundancy beyond Android. The toddler’s interface i used on the iPod touch has matured into what it was meant to beReliability. I’ve never had big problems with Android, but it can hiccup. On every phone I’ve used over more than a decade, I’ve occasionally experienced minor crashes, GPS gremlins, battery drains, cooling anomalies, and inscrutable major app discontinuations. In nearly a year of use, this old midrange iPhone has been utterly rock solid and i am confident Apple will not yank the rug out from under any of its core utilities. I do not manage the RAM on this phone or track battery usage. It’s just normal at all times.Durability. I do not use phone cases. The concept is a bit bizarre to me from a design standpoint. It’s not ideal, but i just try to be very careful with my phone. I’m good enough at it that, since smartphones emerged, it has been overall worth it for me despite eventually breaking two phones in that period. Still, I’m aging and I’ve dropped it. It’s clear that this phone is comprehensively designed; the materials and structure are unbelievably resistant to impact on hard surfaces. The damage to my phone is entirely cosmetic to the aluminum frame, and frankly makes me smile that it worked as intended in the face of adversity.Performance. My last phone had significantly more raw computing power than this phone. Still, this phone has a smoother UI and, in my opinion, marks a significant point of diminishing returns in mobile processing power. Clearly, little of the hardware is wasted. It is well balanced.Criticisms include: the ability to edit large blocks of text in iMessage has degraded since the last update. Moving the cursor has become more difficult. Battery life is mediocre. I can confidently get a day of normal use or a few hours of streaming video, and i have to charge it every night. My refurbished phone arrived with a gouge in the screen which i consider barely acceptable. The experience is great. I’ve lost interest in cracking software and customizing each UI element with unlimited freedom in favor of a workflow that aligns with my long-term goals. In that regard this phone excels. Lovely bit of hardware and software.

  3. We’re getting what we hoped to from this phone as far as performance, and are happy with it and satisfied with what we paid. The two things that knock it from a 5 to 4 star review are screen and battery life. Don’t get me wrong, they’re both fine and there was no false advertising. But I suppose there’s some luck of the draw: I had read others who bought the same three-year old phone and had battery health in the 90s and zero scratches. This phone has a battery capacity at 80%, which is within the advertised range but barely [“minimum 80%”]. There’s also minor cosmetic scratches on the screen. But no qualms with speed and performance

  4. For starters; the price on these phones is great. Between having the reassurance of Amazon buyer protection, and the benefit of knowing the device has been tested for performance, it’s well worth it.I needed a new phone fast after my cat knocked mine into the sink ☹️ Rice fixed it for a while, but it was only temporary before it died altogether.I hate buying phones and avoid it whenever possible. 99% of mine belonged to someone in my family first. And i was good with that. Needless to say, my cat didn’t wait for someone in my family to upgrade. I was on my own this time.Okay…. that’s not entirely true. My grandma had an iPhone 7 sitting around so that held me over in the meantime. Going from an iPhone 11 Pro Max to an iPhone 7 was….bad. It was too dam small, in every possible way. 32 gigs of memory!! I needed an upgrade. Fast. My 11 year old was bullying me relentlessly. And that’s on me. They had my old XR (formerly my dad’s)I scoured FB marketplace. I’d decided upgrade a little, so I could feel better about the switch. I didn’t want to feel backed me into a corner by my cat’s recklessness. I would get a slightly newer model in a fun colour.Marketplace had plenty. Sending message after message from my iPhone 7, I worried. “This person seems too eager”, “this one has been posted so long”, “I want a purple, but the only purple one listed has less storage space” and “the pretty green one has a small crack”, “this guy lives 2 hours from me” and “Battery life? Errr last time I checked it was like 74%?….no, I can’t take a screenshot of it, it’s turned off”…. “cash only please” Etc.So much pressure. What happens if the thing doesn’t work? That’s $300+ down the drain. I knew I couldn’t afford new. But I hated the idea of buying something used from a stranger on Facebook. I didn’t want to get scammed, and I also didn’t want to settle. That’s when I remembered good ol’ Amazon. Maybe I’d check there. Just for funsies. Probably out of my budget, but it couldn’t hurt.Sure enough, refurbished devices selling “like new!” Mostly same cost or less than what I’d found so far. Surely there was a catch? I read through everything, tested by Amazon, includes all the specs, unlocked, I can pick the colour, the storage size, the condition, etc. AND I could have it delivered to me tomorrow??! With a warranty?!!I recovered from my brief stint of disappointment after learning the 12’s don’t come in yellow. Then fought hard to decide between mint and lavender. The lavender would take an extra day to arrive. Mint it was!! As promised, it arrived the next day. It was in beautiful shape. 128g’s, mint green, not a single scratch, 86% battery life. All for less than I would have paid to some stranger for a 64g with some “small scratches”Once my case and screen protector arrived I excitedly set it up and synced my data.Oh no.The FACE ID DIDNT WORK 😭After becoming used to facial recognition, having that yanked away, and dealing with a 7 for over 2 weeks— I was desperate for the convenience of Face ID. I had been using my fingerprint. Like a *caveman*.Not to mention I have Blink 182 tickets, and it specifically states facial recognition is required to access the mobile tickets. Idk if that’s true, but I needed Face ID!!I googled, I contacted apple support. Fixing it could be upwards of $300. That’s almost what I paid for the whole phone!!I realllllly didn’t want to be stuck without a phone again. But I also wanted one fully functioning. So I reached out to Amazon support and explained. The rep was incredibly helpful (as most Amazon reps are) and after bts failed, she advised the ship was a 3rd party seller, and she send a message to them. “If they don’t fix it by (insert date) contact us back and we’ll make this right” she encouraged.I’m ngl. I was nervous. I didn’t have high hopes, having dealt with 3p sellers on Amazon in the past. At least Amazon had my back, ig. The concert wasn’t till July. Even without facial recognition, it was loads better than the 7. I could make do in the meantime. The seller came in clutch though, and my worry was unwarranted. They responded within minutes. They were receptive, apologetic, and more than willing to help.As I’d anticipated, they offered a refund or exchange, as soon as they received the return. I explained my concern with not having a phone for several days or more; and the merchant offered to overnight a replacement as soon as the return was dropped off.I could deal with one day without a phone! I gratefully accepted. That was Saturday night, we made plans to catch up Monday for the return instructions and for them to overnight it.Monday I reached back out; and they were ready to ship, BUT they *had no more green….* 🫢 SHOCK“…do you have purple”No. 🙁 just blue, white, and black.THIS WAS A HUGE BUMMER.It’s silly I know, and the definition of *first world problems “.. but I mean…. My change of heart about this whole phone thing HINGED ON THE FUN COLOUR. Without it, I was just a person…out $350… because my cat was thirsty while I was watching YouTube while washing dishes. I needed a cool colour. Plus, I’d already gotten the matching case! Clear with mint green borders. It wasn’t even a fun blue… it was a dark, serious, navy blue. It was pretty and classy, but I wanted something fun. I even asked if he had any older models in yellow 😭😭 no luck,They told me they’d be restocking in a day or so. Still, no greens or purples came in.Ugh. Reality was setting in. I was going to have to settle. It was fine, I thought. At least it would be a fully functioning phone.No. I wasn’t ready to let go. They assured me I could take my time to decide, and I asked if we could wait another week in case one came in. If it didn’t, *then* I would choose from the options available.I messaged them Wednesday afternoon, bracing myself for the answer…. THEY GOT IN PURPLE! YAY.They sent a label, I dropped it off, sent a photo, and had my new phone the next morning.they’d said overnight shipping… but wow! I’d dropped off the return around 3pm, and had the replacement by noon the next day. I didn’t even have my new case yet 😅Despite the Barney-Esque colour scheme my mint green case created, the lavender is GORGEOUS and I’m actually sort of glad the green didn’t work out.Don’t get me wrong, the green is also gorgeous.. but in the end I’m glad I ended up with the lavender. I was overjoyed when I was prompted to set Face ID during setup. Worked brilliantly, as did everything else.Great packaging, no cosmetic flaws, amazing battery life, customer service was great, and best of all… ITS PURPLE!Can’t wait to pair it with the new case. I’m so glad I went this route where I have some peace of mind as a buyer.I’m grateful to the seller for being so helpful and patient with me as insufferable as I must have seemed making such a fuss over colour preferenceIf you’re nervous buying a phone used or refurbished too, hopefully you can take comfort in knowing- this seller is legit. You receive a good quality product, and, speaking from experience, they’ll gladly help resolve any issues you may run into.

  5. I received my phone today and it is absolutely PRISTINE! It looks like it just came out of its box! Battery life is at 88% which I’m happy with as well. It came with an Apple approved charging cord.I had ordered a refurbished phone through Walmart at first and I will never, ever do that again. First one I received was in terrible condition. Deep gouges all over the metal frame and actually a sharp piece where the metal on the frame broke away. Sent it back. Got one in slightly better condition but, I noticed when I got it that there was what appeared to be a scratch on the bottom camera lens cover. It was a small crack that splintered as I was sitting on my bed, scrolling.I ordered an iPhone 12 mini for my husband and the one he received from Walmart looked ok, lots of scratches on the frame though. Once it was all setup though there was a warning that the screen had been replaced with a non apple part. Because of that, there would constantly be a flag on the settings icon. So, we sent it back and ordered his from Amazon. Once it came and it was in great condition I decided to just return to the vendor on Walmart instead of taking my chances on a third phone from them. So happy I did.If you are ordering from a third party seller, amazon is definitely the way to go.

  6. I ordered an iPhone 13 Pro 128GB (gold) in Excellent Condition. The phone was in a very good condition (no screen scratches, the camera was fine, no scratches around the edges etc) and the battery life was 87%. HOWEVER, as you can see from the photos the screen was damaged from the inside and there were two black spots where the phone wasn’t responding ( I guess a screen replacement caused this). These dots expand with time and you end up with a black and dead screen! I contacted the third-party seller and sent back the phone as a defective/damaged product. Thankfully, they were very helpful and they issued a refund as soon as they receive the phone.

  7. First let me say that given the HUGE savings in buying used over new for an iPhone, to me, is worth a few imperfections. So, overall I am happy with this purchase. But I still wanted to review the imperfections so people know what to expect.I’ve been using this phone for 3 months and it was listed as in “very good” condition. I have no complaints about functionality. It functions properly. The battery life is a little less than ideal, but isn’t bad enough to be a problem. The thing that I was most disappointed with,I didn’t notice right away because this phone came with a screen protector on it. It had some air bubbles behind it, and as much as I hate not having a perfect looking screen, I decided to save money and use it for a while before I bought a new screen protector. However when I removed the screen protector the first time I saw that the iPhone screen was very scratched all around the edges. But what bothers me most is that new screen protectors don’t adhere properly to this phone. There are always air bubbles under my screen protector. It drives me nuts because it looks messy.

  8. I purchased this phone for my 9 year old daughter. Yes she’s younger but she had been begging for a phone and this one is much cheaper than buying brand new. It has held up very well, it was in exceptional condition when received looked brand new. It has not lagged or showed any issues, she only uses it on Internet, plays her games and talks to her friends on kids messenger. You can set up parental controls on it which I really liked. The battery holds up well, typically will last her 8-10 hours if she’s playing on it a lot or longer if not. The picture is very clear as well. If you’re looking for a cheaper iPhone for your kiddo this is one to go for!

  9. I bought this phone on August 16, 2023 and received it on August 18, 2023 shipping time was fast. However, the phone I received couldn’t power on, I charged it and it came on. I’m assuming the battery was dead I later discovered that wasn’t the case, the phone was faulty, the touch was disgusting, as I tried to type on the keyboard… the keyboard began to type its own thing as if that was not enough the battery was at 99 % yet still the phone would automatically power off and require the charge to power it on, the phone would power on with the battery being at 99%. I contacted the seller who said I should return it however I was already out of the states and was unable to return it. The phone was beautiful and had no visible scratches whether in close view or not.

  11. I have been using this phone for the past 8 months. I didn’t want to make a review before I I use the phone. It had a 99% battery life, clean no scratch (the scratch in the picture is from the screen protector) . Everything works perfectly:the buttons, touch screen …I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good quality phone with a decent price.

I purchased the phone in “good” condition to replace my damaged 2020 SE (camera was broken so I don’t have any pictures to share) and I am very happy with the result.Key points:Battery health = 100%!!! This was surprising.Cosmetic damage = paint chipped off on top right edge/corner and around back camera circles, small dent from prior drop on right edge, screen and back do have small scratches but this aligns with the qualifications for a “good” condition phone. If you’re looking for less damage I would order “excellent”. My case hides the damage.Functionality = so far everything works great and the data and SIM transfer (I purchased unlocked) were perfect.Shipping = shipped via USPS and arrived a day earlier than expected, fully intact and in a box with bubble wrap.Accessories = included a lightning to USB charger and outlet block, non Apple brand.Overall would recommend to all my friends who want an iPhone but not for the price tag and purchase again myself in the future.

  13. The phone looked new and worked but the only thing that I didn’t like was the battery life was at a 85%

I’ve been using the phone for 3 days now. It’s been in excellent shape. Recommended for those who are looking for less expensive alternatives to newer-model smartphones.

  15. This is a phone for an older relative overseas who doesn’t use the phone much besides taking photos and calls. I decided to give her her first iPhone since other Android phones were giving her problems. It’s pretty good. The card inside says it’s been inspected, but I inspected it as well to be sure. Yes, all the parts seem to be working just fine. Camera, mic, Face ID, speaker, GPS are all good. Battery capacity is at 89% which is also fine. I phone I bought was listed as Refurbished – Excellent, and I can’t complain about that. No scratches on the important parts, like the screen or lenses or sensors. Just one negligible scratch on the corner of the casing.I would recommend buying Amazon Renewed, but make sure you are looking at the seller before adding it to your cart. Even though these are all labeled as Amazon Renewed, the seller they come from varies. One seller I was about to buy from had a 79% satisfaction rating, so I switched to one that had a better seller satisfaction. And yes I am satisfied with that seller. To do this by the way, on the product page, go to the button that says (Renewed (XX) from). There you can pick from a list of sellers and see their rating.

  16. Received the phone yesterday and as far as I can tell it’s perfect, no noticeable blemishes or scratches, so far everything works great and battery health is at 100% which was a happy surprise. Feels like a brand brew phone!

  17. I received this phone a few days ago and I can say that is a great phone for the price. The only thing I could say is that it arrived with 85% battery, although I haven’t had any problems.

  18. Buenas condiciones y funcionamiento

  20. I really had no idea what to expect buying a refurbished phone, was just hoping I didn’t get scammed. I was very impressed with this purchase! There was one or two very tiny scratches, nothing a phone cover couldn’t hide. Screen was perfect and so far the phone has worked great with no issues, not even battery/charging issues.

  23. Everything was pretty much brand new the battery life was at 86% but over all it still keeps a good charge and is a good working phone. I got it for my 10 yr old and it’s been great.

  24. I was worried at first but when I took it out and set everything up it worked like a dream. Already faster and nicer screen than my XR. I did notice some tiny scratches on the front screen but you forget it’s there once the phone is actually on so it’s something I can get over. Overall it works like brand new and is just what I was looking for.

  25. Initially, we got a phone from this vendor that was a dud (for us). We returned it and tried them a 2nd time. The 2nd phone seems a fair deal. For the first phone (iPhone 13) we received:The battery life on the renewed phone was fairly good – at 94% of original capacity. This had been an issue with phones from this vendor per other reviews but was not an issue with ours. However, this “renewed” phone had a non-Apple replacement screen that was noticeably low in quality – grainy, with colors dulled, and it cut off part of the display area. Touch responsiveness was bad. Given Amazon pledge that the product was “professionally inspected and tested by Amazon-qualified supplier,” I feel the substandard screen should have been spotted and the lower quality disclosed. My family member and my time were wasted by this attempt to pass off a lower quality solution. Return process was easy, although it did require a trip to the UPS store. For the second, replacement (iPhone 13) phone:The replacement for the returned 1st phone arrived quickly. The battery life seems great (100% of original capacity). The screen this time is MUCH better than the low quality screen on the original phone. The case has some scratches and a dent on the ring surrounding one of the camera lenses, but the lens seems unaffected. All in all, a fair price for used phone.

  26. I bought from Kojak Sales an excellent condition but it came with some hard scratches at the lower edge of the screen, it’s not excellent but the battery health is 91% that is good and the screen seems to be original with True Tone. The phone is totally functional despite the aesthetic detail. Overall is pretty good. I think that the third parties seller make sure the iPhone meets the conditions described before shipping. The seller was responsive for resolving the problem but the ideal would be to receive what you pay for.

  27. No falla este modelo, es el segundo que adquiero, todo bien de acuerdo al precio

  28. mine came in at 80% witch might not sound the best but no it really is for a newer phone with a bigger batter compared to my iPhone xr it really is a big differents it also depends on what you use your phone for witch for me it works perfectly. also screen is really good and everything works

  29. Muy buen teléfono, llegó en exelente condiciones solo porque sabes que es reacondicionado y no viene en caja original, de ahi parece completamente nuevo, funciona perfecto, con 96% de batería, sin un solo rayón

  30. Purchased two of these phones and both were in like new condition with no noticeable damage of any kind. Phone functions perfectly. Only negative is that both phones arrived with 82% battery health.

  31. Arrived quickly and in perfect condition, just as described. This XR remains a great workhorse and was a great deal at this price.

i ordered the refurbished excellent and the only thing wrong was a little scratch on the bottom left corner which gets covered by the case anyway. battery health was at 93. great phone for a low price

  33. i just got the phone today the battery capacity is 100% which is equivalent to a brand new phone.and the camera quality is greatno scratches or cracks that I notice. so overall a great purchase but i bought this for $390 in excellent condition not sure if a lower conditon is the same

  34. Arrived early which was nice, packed well. Was supposed to be excellent, the phone has damage-scratches on corners and sides and has a sticky-tacky film on back. Once I put a case on it you don’t see or feel it. Battery was at 80+ percent, transfer was fast. Battery is “unknown part” warning but lasts all day, which is great since I listen to music almost all day. For the money its a good upgrade from what I had.

  35. The phone was as new. No scratches, perfect condition and the battery is in great health.Thanks.

  36. I really rely on these reviews to give me some insight into these products. This seller is legit the phone was in perfect condition. Worked easy to transfer from old phone. Battery Life is fantastic. I could not be more pleased. I don’t think I will ever buy a brand new iPhone.

  37. I bought this iPhone because I could care less about a new and improve phone I just needed a new one since my other phone got completely damaged so I wasn’t expecting a lot since it was used and was nervous it was a scam but I yolo and did it and I was so happy and satisfied no cracks no dents no chips I got a unlocked phone so transferring phones was so simple and I recommend people to just try ir when in doubt you can return but the quality was beyond and the fact I paid 400 dollars less than from an Apple Store make it 10/10

  38. Zero scratches, 89% battery health, pretty good for a phone that is almost three years old. If you gonna buy a phone just buy it from Amazon directly. I have bad experiences with resellers and don’t recommend it.

  39. exelente estado y muy bueno

  40. The phone is nice, camera is nice, everything works flawlessly, looks brand spanking new, no scratches, however, the battery life kind of sucks. I had to charge the thing like 3 times yesterday just to make it through the day. I was using it all day, but I’ve never had to charge a phone three separate times throughout the day just to get by.

  41. the SE2 still works perfectly fine for everyday tasks. No stutters or glitches. I don’t play games on my phone, but I’ve never had an issue with calls, texts, navigation, listening to music, or watching videos. The screen is obviously small, but that is a plus in my book. It can be annoying to navigate web pages or watch videos because of the size, but again that is part of the reason I bought it so I don’t want to use it as much. The exterior of the phone is almost like new. There is a very fine scratch on the screen that I only notice when holding the phone up to a light. Never notice it in daily use.The only bad thing is the battery life. I average about 3 hours a day of screen on time, and I usually end the day with 10% or less if I don’t charge during the day. Again, that isn’t a terrible thing in my case since I got this specifically to use less than my other phones, but could be inconvenient when traveling or other long days.

  44. Got the Renewed-Excellent 13Pro. Absolutely no functional issues that I can see. Battery health was at 85% capacity but I was expecting that and I can get through a couple of days without charging. Everything works great. There are slight cosmetic imperfections, totally not noticeable until you look carefully; otherwise looks brand new. I’ll definitely update if anything changes. Two thumbs up so far.

  45. I was prepared for a refurbished product, but this one actually came without any visible wear and tear. Plus, the battery is at 100%! I am absolutely pleasantly surprised. That said, I understand this is a bit of RNG depending on the inventory – I got very lucky.

I wanted to buy an iphone pro but Apple discontinued iphone pros for all models besides the 15 so I turned to Amazon. I was a bit hesitant because i have had issues with apple refurbished products before (macbook air), but this iphone surprised me for sure! It functions perfectly fine like its brand new. The battery life came at 89%, which I think is fine. I held off for a full month before writing this review just in case the phone started acting up but so far I have no complaints! Great option for people who wanna buy phones on a budget/get phones discontinued by apple store

  47. I was a little worried getting this, as I read a few one stars for Electronic Deals that said their phone wasn’t carrier unlocked. Luckily mine is, the condition looks brand new, and it has great battery life and functions perfect! Highly recommend this seller. Aside from that, they offer returns if you’re not satisfied, so there’s no reason not to buy from them.

  48. I don’t understand why people spend $1,000 on a phone . It’s no wonder why the United States is in record credit card debt .This phone runs the latest IOS software . Good battery life . Arrived in good condition . Been using this for months now no issues .Great bargain !

  49. Battery is not the best but overall happy with the purchase!
