  1. The phone I received was by all estimations brand new. Not a mark on it and fully charged. However, being new to the Apple World, I can honestly say Windows & Android are both in plain, simple, super easy to understand English. Apple is not. Even its keyboard is not a full Standard Keyboard, like it is with Windows & any Google machine. Android is Google, that’s why I say it that way. No getting around it. Just keeping it short & to the point. Apple’s iPhone keyboard takes extreme amount of effort to use because it is not the Standard keyboard of every other operating system. Thankfully, I was able to connect a Bluetooth keyboard to it. Otherwise, it’s a serious no-go for keyboard use.As for Apple’s iPhone Touchscreen, again, I find it sorely lacking. There’s no such thing as the simple pinch & zoom on it. That particular luxury seems to be found only within the Camera & Picture sections. You’d think it’d at least be within the iBook section but it’s not. On most everything Windows or Google, every app is not just touch & activate, but also affords the luxury of pinch & zoom as well as easy swipe & easy app close & dismiss. Can’t say that about the Apple iPhone. And for some unknown reason its WiFi also keeps turning itself on. I can’t seem to keep it off no matter how often I manually turn it off.For Apple being so USER-FRIENDLY, I cannot at all say that it is. In fact, IT IS ANYTHING BUT USER-FRIENDLY. If the Apple World was so user-friendly, then it would be a very simple and easy transition from the Windows or Google platform to Apple. And I can honestly say it is Not at all simple or easy. I was so hoping it would be as simple & easy as my Windows machine & Android phone, but sadly, it’s actually quite maddening. If you enjoy Kindle reads, you’ll need to install the app for it. But I can also tell you, Apple’s iBook seriously pales in comparison to Kindle. Ironically, the Google Search Engine is installed on Apple’s iPhone but Kindle is not. I avoid Google anything & everything as much as can be done. But for Apple to deny Amazon’s Kindle Apple on its phones, seems almost a crime.I have yet to install the Kindle reading app or to test out the camera on the iPhone. When I do I’ll update my review. But currently I can’t say it’s anything to brag about. And I most certainly did not expect to see Google’s Search Engine/Web Browser on it.Size wise, it’s the exact same size as my Sony Xperia Z3v. It still functions quite well. Not perfect, but well enough for me since I have it locked to call, text, Kindle reads & camera. I can easily read, pinch & zoom & highlight my Kindle reads, pictures & text messages on it. Can only do that with pictures on the iPhone. So for it being so great, I actually find it quite limiting. Not because it’s an iPhone, but because the Apple creators decided to create a platform that is quite complex and extremely arduous to use. Apple created its own “language” that must be learned in order to navigate the complexities of its Eco-system. Even now, trying to login to the Apple App Store, no keyboard appears so I can actually install Apps necessary for my personal use. Yet you’re required to sign in to it. How can you sign into the App Store when NO KEYBOARD APPEARS TO LET YOU?! So, even if I did not want to use the phone feature, but instead use it as a computer tablet, I cannot because it won’t let me login to the App Store. … Like I said, to anyone new to the Apple world, it’s quite a infuriatingly maddening conundrum. If Apple wants to gain new customers and retain them, then Apple needs to change how it operates. And if Apple is supposed to be the safest of all online platforms, then it should not sport Google’s web browser. The phone I received was/is like brand new. Operating it though, takes considerable patients as it is quite the learning curve. It should not be so difficult to transition from Windows, Android or Google to Apple. They all made sense to everybody from the moment they came out because they were in simple English and easily understood and simple to navigate because of it. Apple on the other hand, not by a long shot. Even Apple’s touchscreen capabilities sorely lacks in comparison. And that’s sad. You’d think their touchscreen capabilities would be at least on-par with Windows, Google & Android but it is not. You’d think Apple’s touchscreen capabilities might even be better than Windows, Android & Google, but no. Thus far I can find nothing to brag about regarding Apple anything. I was so hoping to find something better about Apple. Instead, I’m greatly disappointed and left seriously frustrated. The iPhone itself came fully charged and appears in brand new condition. It also came with an original Apple Charger.I give the seller a stellar 5 star rating, along with the iPhone I received.I give Apple itself a mediocre 3, even 2 star rating. So to anyone new to the Apple world, maybe an iPad would be easier to use. I started with a phone since I need both a new phone & a new computer and figured Apple would be a serious upgrade to Windows and for sure compared to Google’s Android. … Apple is not at all user-friendly to a first time user. Only Windows, Google & Android can actually claim user-friendly bragging rights, from day one for any first time user.Apparently I need either direct Apple support or YouTube’s Apple education in order to learn how to make the best use of this phone. I don’t fault the phone for anything. It’s an Apple thing. It’s very nearly like you gotta go to MIT to learn it. And that’s just not right. Will update as I learn how to navigate Apple’s world & extremely clunky Eco-system.1st Time Apple iPhone User Assessment. -Phone – good. – can’t give it high marks due to Apple itself.Apple – not worth all the money & certainly nothing to brag about.

  2. I’ll preface this review by saying I am pretty picky when it comes to my possessions. My IPhone 7+ finally gave up the ghost. I was hoping to get through the remainder of this year so that when the IPhone 15 came out that I would get a renewed 14 Max Pro but that was not to be. We had purchased a renewed IPhone 12 for my son from another seller and were surprised with how clean it was when it arrived. We paid extra for the excellent condition and it was in pristine condition with a 100% battery max battery health.Prime day comes along and I see this phone from this seller. It was roughly $200 more than the regular IPhone 12 that we bought for my son but it was the Pro model and it did have 512k of storage. Due to the positive experience we had with the earlier purchase, I decided to pull the trigger.Fulfillment was great. I had ordered the phone on 7/11 and it was scheduled to arrive on 7/14 but to my surprise it hit my house on 7/13 which was a nice surprise. When I picked up the package I got worried because I could hear and feel something rattling in the box that was shipped in a form fitting padded envelope. To my relief I found the phone to be intact. It arrived with protective plastic on the screen, a SIM port tool, and a lightning charging cable that was loose in the box. Upon inspection I found the screen to be free of scratches or gouges but there is some slight surface marring on a small section of the screen that you have to look for in order to see. The bezel was clean except for a couple of nicks. The worst sign of usage is a chip above the top of the highest camera lens. It’s not huge but you can definitely see it and it looks like a chip in a car windshield since the back of the phone is finished in glass. The only other thing to mention is that there was a bit of what looks like green metal tape that was poking out of the side of the phone between the screen and bezel which I was able to rub off with my fingernail. It looked like the refurb process was not as clean as it could have been.Going into the settings I found that the max battery life was only 85% which was kind of a bummer. Setting up the phone was a breeze with ICloud but I haven’t figured out how to pull down the pictures that resided on my old phone. My apps came over but know I had to re-enter my passwords in most cases. After only a couple of day usage, everything seems to work fine. Amazon gives 90 days to return for any issues. The camera on the pro is a definite improvement over the 7+. Size wise the unit is smaller than the 7+ but the screen is bigger on the 12 since it doesn’t have the home button at the bottom which I keep wanting to press out of habit.Overall the purchase was better than ok. If the phone has another 10% of battery life and the nick on the camera was not present then I would rate the item as excellent. I’ll always wonder if I should have purchased a phone from the other seller that sold a phone in perfect condition. I will update this review should anything major happen with the phone.

  3. For starters; the price on these phones is great. Between having the reassurance of Amazon buyer protection, and the benefit of knowing the device has been tested for performance, it’s well worth it.I needed a new phone fast after my cat knocked mine into the sink ☹️ Rice fixed it for a while, but it was only temporary before it died altogether.I hate buying phones and avoid it whenever possible. 99% of mine belonged to someone in my family first. And i was good with that. Needless to say, my cat didn’t wait for someone in my family to upgrade. I was on my own this time.Okay…. that’s not entirely true. My grandma had an iPhone 7 sitting around so that held me over in the meantime. Going from an iPhone 11 Pro Max to an iPhone 7 was….bad. It was too dam small, in every possible way. 32 gigs of memory!! I needed an upgrade. Fast. My 11 year old was bullying me relentlessly. And that’s on me. They had my old XR (formerly my dad’s)I scoured FB marketplace. I’d decided upgrade a little, so I could feel better about the switch. I didn’t want to feel backed me into a corner by my cat’s recklessness. I would get a slightly newer model in a fun colour.Marketplace had plenty. Sending message after message from my iPhone 7, I worried. “This person seems too eager”, “this one has been posted so long”, “I want a purple, but the only purple one listed has less storage space” and “the pretty green one has a small crack”, “this guy lives 2 hours from me” and “Battery life? Errr last time I checked it was like 74%?….no, I can’t take a screenshot of it, it’s turned off”…. “cash only please” Etc.So much pressure. What happens if the thing doesn’t work? That’s $300+ down the drain. I knew I couldn’t afford new. But I hated the idea of buying something used from a stranger on Facebook. I didn’t want to get scammed, and I also didn’t want to settle. That’s when I remembered good ol’ Amazon. Maybe I’d check there. Just for funsies. Probably out of my budget, but it couldn’t hurt.Sure enough, refurbished devices selling “like new!” Mostly same cost or less than what I’d found so far. Surely there was a catch? I read through everything, tested by Amazon, includes all the specs, unlocked, I can pick the colour, the storage size, the condition, etc. AND I could have it delivered to me tomorrow??! With a warranty?!!I recovered from my brief stint of disappointment after learning the 12’s don’t come in yellow. Then fought hard to decide between mint and lavender. The lavender would take an extra day to arrive. Mint it was!! As promised, it arrived the next day. It was in beautiful shape. 128g’s, mint green, not a single scratch, 86% battery life. All for less than I would have paid to some stranger for a 64g with some “small scratches”Once my case and screen protector arrived I excitedly set it up and synced my data.Oh no.The FACE ID DIDNT WORK 😭After becoming used to facial recognition, having that yanked away, and dealing with a 7 for over 2 weeks— I was desperate for the convenience of Face ID. I had been using my fingerprint. Like a *caveman*.Not to mention I have Blink 182 tickets, and it specifically states facial recognition is required to access the mobile tickets. Idk if that’s true, but I needed Face ID!!I googled, I contacted apple support. Fixing it could be upwards of $300. That’s almost what I paid for the whole phone!!I realllllly didn’t want to be stuck without a phone again. But I also wanted one fully functioning. So I reached out to Amazon support and explained. The rep was incredibly helpful (as most Amazon reps are) and after bts failed, she advised the ship was a 3rd party seller, and she send a message to them. “If they don’t fix it by (insert date) contact us back and we’ll make this right” she encouraged.I’m ngl. I was nervous. I didn’t have high hopes, having dealt with 3p sellers on Amazon in the past. At least Amazon had my back, ig. The concert wasn’t till July. Even without facial recognition, it was loads better than the 7. I could make do in the meantime. The seller came in clutch though, and my worry was unwarranted. They responded within minutes. They were receptive, apologetic, and more than willing to help.As I’d anticipated, they offered a refund or exchange, as soon as they received the return. I explained my concern with not having a phone for several days or more; and the merchant offered to overnight a replacement as soon as the return was dropped off.I could deal with one day without a phone! I gratefully accepted. That was Saturday night, we made plans to catch up Monday for the return instructions and for them to overnight it.Monday I reached back out; and they were ready to ship, BUT they *had no more green….* 🫢 SHOCK“…do you have purple”No. 🙁 just blue, white, and black.THIS WAS A HUGE BUMMER.It’s silly I know, and the definition of *first world problems “.. but I mean…. My change of heart about this whole phone thing HINGED ON THE FUN COLOUR. Without it, I was just a person…out $350… because my cat was thirsty while I was watching YouTube while washing dishes. I needed a cool colour. Plus, I’d already gotten the matching case! Clear with mint green borders. It wasn’t even a fun blue… it was a dark, serious, navy blue. It was pretty and classy, but I wanted something fun. I even asked if he had any older models in yellow 😭😭 no luck,They told me they’d be restocking in a day or so. Still, no greens or purples came in.Ugh. Reality was setting in. I was going to have to settle. It was fine, I thought. At least it would be a fully functioning phone.No. I wasn’t ready to let go. They assured me I could take my time to decide, and I asked if we could wait another week in case one came in. If it didn’t, *then* I would choose from the options available.I messaged them Wednesday afternoon, bracing myself for the answer…. THEY GOT IN PURPLE! YAY.They sent a label, I dropped it off, sent a photo, and had my new phone the next morning.they’d said overnight shipping… but wow! I’d dropped off the return around 3pm, and had the replacement by noon the next day. I didn’t even have my new case yet 😅Despite the Barney-Esque colour scheme my mint green case created, the lavender is GORGEOUS and I’m actually sort of glad the green didn’t work out.Don’t get me wrong, the green is also gorgeous.. but in the end I’m glad I ended up with the lavender. I was overjoyed when I was prompted to set Face ID during setup. Worked brilliantly, as did everything else.Great packaging, no cosmetic flaws, amazing battery life, customer service was great, and best of all… ITS PURPLE!Can’t wait to pair it with the new case. I’m so glad I went this route where I have some peace of mind as a buyer.I’m grateful to the seller for being so helpful and patient with me as insufferable as I must have seemed making such a fuss over colour preferenceIf you’re nervous buying a phone used or refurbished too, hopefully you can take comfort in knowing- this seller is legit. You receive a good quality product, and, speaking from experience, they’ll gladly help resolve any issues you may run into.

  4. I received my phone today and it is absolutely PRISTINE! It looks like it just came out of its box! Battery life is at 88% which I’m happy with as well. It came with an Apple approved charging cord.I had ordered a refurbished phone through Walmart at first and I will never, ever do that again. First one I received was in terrible condition. Deep gouges all over the metal frame and actually a sharp piece where the metal on the frame broke away. Sent it back. Got one in slightly better condition but, I noticed when I got it that there was what appeared to be a scratch on the bottom camera lens cover. It was a small crack that splintered as I was sitting on my bed, scrolling.I ordered an iPhone 12 mini for my husband and the one he received from Walmart looked ok, lots of scratches on the frame though. Once it was all setup though there was a warning that the screen had been replaced with a non apple part. Because of that, there would constantly be a flag on the settings icon. So, we sent it back and ordered his from Amazon. Once it came and it was in great condition I decided to just return to the vendor on Walmart instead of taking my chances on a third phone from them. So happy I did.If you are ordering from a third party seller, amazon is definitely the way to go.

  5. Update: I’m back with an update on our journey with the iPhone 11, and let me tell you, it’s been quite the rollercoaster. Initially, I bought one for my daughter from a different seller, and it was, to put it mildly, a bit of a disaster. We had issues left and right – Face ID not working, the phone overheating – you name it. So, we returned it, feeling a bit skeptical about the whole refurbished scene. But here’s where the plot twists: we decided to give it another go, this time purchasing from the Amazon resellers store, specifically from a shop called Hybrid IT. And oh boy, what a difference! The iPhone we received this time around was nothing short of impeccable. It arrived with all the essentials – a charger, a charging cable, and even a SIM card tool, all neatly packed. The phone itself? It could’ve fooled me for brand new. This experience really hammered home the lesson that when it comes to refurbished goods, the “who” is just as crucial as the “what.” The quality and condition of the product can vary wildly depending on the seller. Hybrid IT sent out an excellent product that exceeded our expectations in every way.For those of you wary about diving into the world of refurbished electronics, let this be a testament. With the right seller, you can get your hands on a device that feels brand new, without the hefty price tag. We’re over the moon with our iPhone 11, and I’ll be sure to keep you all posted if anything changes. But for now, it seems like we’ve struck gold.——————–I recently found myself in need of a quick replacement after my daughter accidentally broke her phone. The Apple iPhone 11, 64GB in black, seemed like a promising choice, primarily because we needed something that could be set up swiftly and would perform seamlessly as a backup.Out of the box, the iPhone 11 felt like a brand-new device despite being a model released a few years back. The sleek black finish and the familiar design immediately caught my eye, reassuring me that this choice would not disappoint.Setting up the iPhone 11 was mostly straightforward, especially with the unlocked version making it easy to switch from the old device. The transfer of data and settings from the previous iPhone was seamless, thanks to Apple’s ecosystem. However, we hit a slight snag with the Face ID setup – it took a bit longer than expected to get it working properly. Despite this hiccup, once configured, Face ID has been working flawlessly. The iPhone 11’s performance has been impressive. The touch screen is responsive, making navigation and typing a breeze. Wi-Fi connectivity is fast, ensuring that browsing and app downloads are efficient. Although it’s not the latest model, it handles everyday tasks with ease, from streaming video content to gaming, without any noticeable lag.The main issue we encountered was the initial difficulty in setting up Face ID. It required a few attempts to configure, which was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise smooth setup process. After overcoming this challenge, the phone has been working perfectly.Overall, this refurbished Apple iPhone 11 has proven to be a reliable and efficient backup phone. Its ease of setup, fast Wi-Fi, and responsive touch screen make it feel like a new device. The hiccup with Face ID setup was a small obstacle that, once overcome, didn’t detract from the overall positive experience. I would recommend the iPhone 11 to anyone in need of a quick replacement or a dependable backup device

  6. I purchased this phone for my 9 year old daughter. Yes she’s younger but she had been begging for a phone and this one is much cheaper than buying brand new. It has held up very well, it was in exceptional condition when received looked brand new. It has not lagged or showed any issues, she only uses it on Internet, plays her games and talks to her friends on kids messenger. You can set up parental controls on it which I really liked. The battery holds up well, typically will last her 8-10 hours if she’s playing on it a lot or longer if not. The picture is very clear as well. If you’re looking for a cheaper iPhone for your kiddo this is one to go for!

  7. I bought this phone on August 16, 2023 and received it on August 18, 2023 shipping time was fast. However, the phone I received couldn’t power on, I charged it and it came on. I’m assuming the battery was dead I later discovered that wasn’t the case, the phone was faulty, the touch was disgusting, as I tried to type on the keyboard… the keyboard began to type its own thing as if that was not enough the battery was at 99 % yet still the phone would automatically power off and require the charge to power it on, the phone would power on with the battery being at 99%. I contacted the seller who said I should return it however I was already out of the states and was unable to return it. The phone was beautiful and had no visible scratches whether in close view or not.

  8. Ordered based off of other reviews. Was time to get our 12 year old his first phone. A new iPhone with my carrier was $1,000 with no existing phone to trade in. Took a chance on Amazon Renewed iPhone 12 Mini. At this price, if we lost it, broke it, or whatever- it was a good business case. Phone was sent FedEx shipping and had it in one day. You couldn’t tell the phone was ever used. Came with pre-installed screen protector with no “bubbles”- better than I could have installed one honestly. Packaging was supurb, and came with a used charging brick in great condition, and what appeared to be a new charging cable to match. Phone stated it was unlocked. Tried to add new line with phone to my carrier plan and ran into issue. Called carrier, and they did a few resets to the carrier profile of the phone, and verified it was unlocked. Within 30 minutes had the phone up and running. Box stated the battery to be 85%, and that was verified in the phone’s settings to be correct. No issues at all, phone holds a full charge alomst as well as any new iPhone I have ever purchased for 4x the cost. Did not have high hopes for Renewed, but turns out this was like getting a pretty much new device, so my expectations were far exceeded. Told my wife I would not hesitate to go this route on another Renewed iPhone when my existing iPhone is paid off with my carrier, and save a monthly equipment payment going forward. Sure it is not the latest iPhone, but honestly- most of the improvements that the end-user really sees every year is in the camera- not so much a fancy new chip with marginal speed improvements on the same phone form factor. Is that worth $1,000 a year- that is a personal decision. Great purchase experience and value. For purchasing a phone for a teenager where you are worried about losing or breaking, this is a great option that one should explore before plunking down money on a risky purchase with a new carrier phone financed over 2-years. Also saves paying up to $20 a month for an insurance plan on said phone.

  9. rocked with the 128 black, can’t say i’m disappointed but can’t say i’m impressed either.the box had me in panic mode for a cool 2 seconds, so at least now u know what to expect. it comes with a charger and the block, both are off-brand (Sharkk). it took a good business week to arrive, but i wasn’t in any real rush to get it cuz i just needed a good work phone and this would definitely get the job done.Only complaints would be the very obvious cosmetic blemishes but seeing as im putting it in a case anyways i genuinely could care less & i noticed its a bit laggy but that might just be cuz i just started using it right away and haven’t let all the apps load in.Other than that phone works good, cameras is good, speakers good; i can’t really be mad at that price tag

  10. I know from experience what the phones are like from Amazon. My son has purchased a few phones. And has always has a good experience. So I wasn’t unsure when I purchased this iphone. Works like a charm. I think there is one small scratch, which I do not care about. Especially that it’s covered by my case 24/7. But you wouldn’t notice it unless u really looked. Charges up pretty fast, also depends are how good your charger is. The camera quality is much better then the XR. I was happy about that. I normally only purchase Apple products with apple care. Because I like what they offer with it. But this time I decided to go without. So like if the screen breaks It will be like $250 or more because I don’t have that protection with apple. With apple your price would be more like $99. Keeping in mind if u don’t fix your broken screen it can lead to the phone not working at all. And then you will be stuck buying a whole new one. Bummer. I did recently have some wonky internet issues with my phone and it froze a few times. But nothing to cry about. Simply turning off and back on your phone can fix the problem. And making sure your phone is up to date on software. Will keep it in working order. A++ (I couldn’t take a photo of my phone because well I don’t have another phone lol). But will try to post one in the future if I can get one.

  12. I really had no idea what to expect buying a refurbished phone, was just hoping I didn’t get scammed. I was very impressed with this purchase! There was one or two very tiny scratches, nothing a phone cover couldn’t hide. Screen was perfect and so far the phone has worked great with no issues, not even battery/charging issues.

  13. Un excelente producto, se ha utilizado y no ha presentado fallas, estoy muy satisfecho

  14. On my journey of ordering a refurbished iPhone and it can be a journey this was an excellent purchase. Screen and display are flawless, phone is in excellent condition and all features work properly. Charging port of the phone works properly, speakers are loud and clear, buttons are solid, haptics crisp. Battery Health is 88% and stable. Got same day delivery and up and running quickly. Purchased refurb level was “excellent”. Should have been my first stop..Now I did mention a journey so let me add a quick tip if this is your first time looking for a refurbed phone. I purchased another phone days before from a different seller based on amount of sales and ratings. Refurb level was “Premium” waited a few days and once received phone came with a faulty charging port, display was showing in settings as “unknown” or issue with hardware. So in the return box this goes. Many of these refurbished phones are due to cracked screens. Some companies will use non-genuine apple products during the repair. So be prepared this may be an issue when you receive your phone from some refurb sellers. I personally will not accept it and if I’m paying a premium dollar amount for a 3 or 4 year old phone I expect it to be repaired with genuine iPhone parts. Not to mention I don’t appreciate caution notifications every time I go into my settings.Again the phone I received from this seller was flawless with no issues and fully wiped. The other thing is when you receive your phone it should be completely wiped and ready for set up. If it is not! Do NOT connect it to any of your devices, specifically computers or your wifi before the factory reset.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️If you’re in the market for a smartphone that seamlessly marries cutting-edge technology with sleek design, look no further than the Apple iPhone 11. As a devoted Apple enthusiast, I recently upgraded to this model, and I must say, it’s exceeded my already high expectations.Let’s start with the design. The iPhone 11 boasts a stunning 6.1-inch Liquid Retina HD display that truly brings everything to life, from vibrant photos to immersive gaming experiences. The build quality is impeccable, with a robust aerospace-grade aluminum and glass construction that feels premium in the hand. The matte finish on the back not only looks sophisticated but also minimizes fingerprints, which is a practical touch.Performance-wise, the iPhone 11 is a powerhouse. The A13 Bionic chip ensures lightning-fast responsiveness, whether you’re multitasking between apps, editing videos on the go, or playing graphics-intensive games. This phone handles it all effortlessly. Plus, with iOS, you get the smoothest, most intuitive user experience in the smartphone world. Updates are timely, and the ecosystem seamlessly integrates with other Apple devices if you’re part of the ecosystem. Now, let’s talk about the camera setup—a standout feature of the iPhone 11. The dual-camera system (12MP Ultra Wide and Wide cameras) captures stunning photos with impressive detail and color accuracy. Night mode is a game-changer, allowing you to take beautifully illuminated shots even in low-light conditions. The ability to shoot 4K videos at 60fps with extended dynamic range further showcases the iPhone 11’s imaging prowess.Battery life has been another pleasant surprise. The iPhone 11 easily lasts me through a full day of heavy use, thanks to optimizations in hardware and software. Fast charging support means I can quickly top up when needed, which is incredibly convenient. As for connectivity, having the iPhone 11 unlocked gives me the flexibility to switch between carriers without any hassle. It supports 4G LTE and the latest Wi-Fi standards, ensuring a stable and speedy connection wherever I go.In terms of value, the iPhone 11 hits the sweet spot. It offers flagship-level performance and features without the premium price tag of the Pro models. The 64GB storage variant provides ample space for apps, photos, and videos, but you can always opt for higher capacities if needed. In conclusion, the Apple iPhone 11 is a triumph of design, performance, and value. Whether you’re an Apple aficionado or simply looking for a top-tier smartphone experience, this device delivers on all fronts. It’s reliable, versatile, and beautifully crafted—a true testament to Apple’s commitment to innovation. I wholeheartedly recommend the iPhone 11 to anyone seeking a dependable and feature-rich mobile companion.

  17. Everything was pretty much brand new the battery life was at 86% but over all it still keeps a good charge and is a good working phone. I got it for my 10 yr old and it’s been great.

  18. This is the second time I’ve bought a used iPhone from here. The phone itself is great! In perfect condition, nice screen, nice camera, no scratches or dents anywhere. But the battery life is pretty disappointing. I /know/ that’s the risk you take with a used phone, but it’s definitely worse than I expected. It says in the settings that the battery life capacity (or whatever you call it in English) is at 87%, but I don’t know…. it dies so fast.

  19. Buying a used phone can be an anxiety filled experience – you read the reviews and hope that you’re one of the happy customers and are lucky enough to get an “as advertised product.” You have to take a chance. I did and the phone arrived quickly and with an unexpected charger and cord – generic box and bubble wrap. The phone was listed as in “excellent” and it truly was without a mark, dent or scratch.Several hours of backing up, transferring data and sim – now the phone is truly working and picking up where the prior phone handed off to the latest one.The challenge of course is you have a new phone – and its always a bit steep for the first few days trying to learn the new hardware/software and audit that the used phone does not have some hidden defect that is going to cost you more time and money. So, I’m happy for a few days and then one evening I discover that the bottom speaker (the top earpiece speaker is actually called the receiver) was not working well. scratchy and little to no volume – this had missed my attention entirely. A panic search online revealed Apple 12 speaker problems and them being repaired by Apple – crap!I went to a repair shop the next day, they ran Apple diagnostics on the phone and sure enough – speaker needed to be replaced – $120 for generic parts, $180 for Apple parts – they’re not familiar with the Apple repair program (found out later that was for receiver speakers) – so this is half of the cost of the phone. No I’m committed to the new phone, don’t want to lose it, but don’t want to pay this either.Reach out to seller and explain the issue – they can even confirm the Apple diagnostic through the serial number – They offer $25 refund if I’ll keep the phone. – So this tells me that they don’t run diagnostics on the phones themselves – or do and hope that people will simply miss small items or accept them once they have sweat equity in the phone – or, it’s all honest and by buying/selling a used phone both parties are taking a gamble. I chose to believe the latter. And accepted their offer. And here’s the takeaway – the speaker now works – once in a while I might think I hear some scratchy, but unsure due to surrounding conditions. So for now, it’s good, we’ll see how long it lasts – but if I have to get it repaired – I took a chance -I say take a chance – you might get a perfect phone and save a lot in the meantime – I typically stay a few models behind the curve and benefit from software updates and people abandoning perfectly working phones for the latest models – AT&T typically had new old stock and I took advantage of that, but I have a grandfathered plan that they no longer make good money on, so I’m no longer eligible for that.Hope your experience is a good one – all the best, Don

  20. No scratches, everything works great, beautiful phone and 87% battery health – very happy with my purchase!

  21. I am giving this phone to my grandson who is outside the US. However, physically the unit looks like brand new. I am satisfied with how this refurbished phone looks as per its casing. No scratches. Looks great!

  22. I bought from Kojak Sales an excellent condition but it came with some hard scratches at the lower edge of the screen, it’s not excellent but the battery health is 91% that is good and the screen seems to be original with True Tone. The phone is totally functional despite the aesthetic detail. Overall is pretty good. I think that the third parties seller make sure the iPhone meets the conditions described before shipping. The seller was responsive for resolving the problem but the ideal would be to receive what you pay for.

  23. Esta compra fue mejor de lo que esperaba, es la primera vez que adquirió un equipo reacondicionado, esperaba un poco más de vida en la batería pero no me quejo, ha sido una buena compra.

  24. It works great, looks new , priced right .

  26. Works great no issues and good price

  27. I really rely on these reviews to give me some insight into these products. This seller is legit the phone was in perfect condition. Worked easy to transfer from old phone. Battery Life is fantastic. I could not be more pleased. I don’t think I will ever buy a brand new iPhone.

  28. Buen producto, sin ningún desperfecto, estética casi de 10.

  29. Purchased from this listing 2 different times, from two different sellers. Both times, the item was shipped through Amazon and sold by a seller with a 95% or higher positive rating in the last year. In both instances, I purchased a refurbished, unlocked iPhone 12 with 256g storage that was listed as “Excellent” condition.Unfortunately in both instances, the phone’s battery health was less than 80% (the listing guarantees battery health of 80% or higher). One was 77% and one was 79%. I read reviews of people getting above 80% so I returned the first one, which was 79%, and paid a higher price for the second one–the 77% one! Otherwise, the devices both seemed to be in great condition.

Tenía mis dudas con respecto, pero está genial el celular, en excelentes condiciones

  31. Muy buen dispositivo en buen estado y sobre todo el precio muy bien

  32. I got the iPhone 12 mini in acceptable condition & I would say it’s acceptable. There’s no cracks or scratches on the screen or back of the phone, just a few noticeable scratches on the corners, but it’s in a case so not a big deal at all. No glitches. Battery will need to be replaced, but I kinda figured that would happen with this condition. Works great.

  33. The phone itself is great. It was easy to set up, came super clean and looks like new. However, as others have noted, the battery isn’t great. I have to charge my phone currently twice per day as any serious usage of it drains the battery pretty quick. Argh, this was why I got away from Samsung!! Still, for $250 this isn’t a bad deal. Apple can get you a new battery for less than $100.

  35. I got this as a gift for my mother in law and it arrived with good battery health, and in perfect condition. She’s happy, I’m happy. So perfect!

  36. It’s a nice upgrade for me from iPhone 8 Plus. Phone came in awesome shape. No scratches or dents and great working order. Battery was 85% life grade and what I expected to be at least. Was hoping better but I’ll get three years which is what I expect from a refurbished in my experience. Overall very pleased.

  37. Buen producto precio-calidad, la estética esta muy bien, en general todo esta bien, buena compra

  38. Me gustó mucho no tiene casi rayones más que unos poquitos en la pantalla, viene en perfectas condiciones y con la baterías al 90%

  39. It arrived very well, only with dust and fingerprints… The battery is 98% without scratches

  40. this phone is literally like brand new i love it i would definitely buy it!!!! battery is great.. camera is great! performance is smooth i love the white color too!! and their is a lot of comfort holding it because it is so small! i also love the durability 😍

  42. This phone is exactly as promised. I’ve been using it for about a month and I have no complaints. The max charge of the battery shows 82% so that’s not great, but it is more than the promised 80%. The external appearance was flawless and I just love the light green color for something different.. The 12 is just a good iPhone. The camera great for the price. The setup was pretty easy using bluetooth to transfer all the settings and data from my existing iPhone. Unless something changes I would definitely buy again.

  43. This phone came with no scratches the maximum battery life is 100 it’s the perfect phone it looks completely brand new I ordered on may 8th and I received it on may 9th. This is also a excellent refurbished phone. Im completely happy with my purchase and with the seller i would definitely recommend buying these phones.

  44. Product came as advertised! Not a single scratch, working perfectly, perfect battery health, the overall look and performance of the product strongly exceeds my satisfaction! It is very very well worth the money! I would strongly recommend this product to anyone. You get my 5 star rating!

  46. Everything is in excellent condition as described except the speakers, bottom speaker doesn’t work at all and top speaker isn’t very loud. Speaker phone sounds like it’s not on speaker phone and slightly robotic. Music turned all the way up sounds like it’s under a pillow. My alarms in the morning sound like depression but old phone had that problem too…
